Great experience OrCam has fantastic customer service. I was connected with Alex when the app stopped logging statistics from our OrCam Learn device. He also helped us work through some issues we were having while learning to use the device effectively. It took a few calls to get everything resolved and he was a joy each time. Overall great experience.

Hey, orCam, Great job, great product! When I received my product, which is the my eye pro two, I was a little leery because I’ve never used anything like it. But then I started to learn how to use it. I joined their Facebook group. And met with a trainer one on one virtually. This instructor, not only was patient and kind. But gave me some scenarios that I could try with my product. She was understanding. And one of the best instructors that I have had for any adaptive technology product. I’ve had to talk with customer service a couple of times, and every time I have talked with them, they have not only been very approachable, but they responded and a very Acceptable timeframe. They listen to what I had to say. And they solved my issue. I have been able to reach out to this company for help with the product and received nothing but patience and professionalism. I think that if anyone were to buy one of their products, they can’t go wrong with this company and the different products such as the read, the my eye pro two or my pro three all of the staff are wonderful. And I seen nothing but a bright future for this company as they continue to develop leading edge products for the blind and visually impaired.

Good support but device is still on trial My experience with Alex was worth five stars. He was reliable,patient knows how to teach effectively. Because of his support, I may keep this ORcam device when the trial perioe ends. However, the product itself seems fragile and I had to wait a long time before I got initial help and could work the device correctly. At my request, he secured a compensating extension of my trial period. I am also disturbed by the number of reviews that say this is a scam. I am pressing on with the trial to help my dyslexic grandchild, however.
