GBTop Notch Product and Customer Service We’ve been using OrCam Learn for about 6 months now. It has greatly helped our son, who has dyslexia. A couple of times I had technical issues connecting to the wifi and/or app. I called OrCam and received polite and professional assistance immediately. This last time, I needed help reconnecting to our new router. Max was great walking me through the steps and had it resolved in no time. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend OrCam.

GBFantastic product and customer support Orcam Myeye is a fantastic product with wonderful customer support. Shortly after my issue was submitted I received a long distance call from Max and he worked with me as long as it took until my problem was resolved.

GBExcellentI have never experienced such great… I have never experienced such great service as I have with Sara Katz Orcam. She was not pushy in the least. She was just helpful. She was not too wordy. She just got right to the point. She was so incredibly helpful. I’d like to give her 10 stars out of five she must be a southern, the way she acts but who knows maybe a Midwestern .
