USTop Notch Product and Customer Service We’ve been using OrCam Learn for about 6 months now. It has greatly helped our son, who has dyslexia. A couple of times I had technical issues connecting to the wifi and/or app. I called OrCam and received polite and professional assistance immediately. This last time, I needed help reconnecting to our new router. Max was great walking me through the steps and had it resolved in no time. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend OrCam.
