GBGreat experience OrCam has fantastic customer service. I was connected with Alex when the app stopped logging statistics from our OrCam Learn device. He also helped us work through some issues we were having while learning to use the device effectively. It took a few calls to get everything resolved and he was a joy each time. GBGood support but device is still on trial My experience with Alex was worth five stars. He was reliable,patient knows how to teach effectively. Because of his support, I may keep this ORcam device when the trial perioe ends. However, the product itself seems fragile and I had to wait a long time before I got initial help and could work the device correctly. At my request, he secured a compensating extension of my trial period. I am also disturbed by the number of reviews that say this is a scam. I am pressing on with the trial to help my dyslexic grandchild, however.

ARSo grateful for Daniel's help Daniel was most helpful in changing the device language. I thought I had made a wrongful buy, so it was such a relief to receive his assistance. Besides, he made his best in speaking "castellano-the-argentine-way". In short, I've no words so say "thanks"

GBTop Notch Product and Customer Service We’ve been using OrCam Learn for about 6 months now. It has greatly helped our son, who has dyslexia. A couple of times I had technical issues connecting to the wifi and/or app. I called OrCam and received polite and professional assistance immediately. This last time, I needed help reconnecting to our new router. Max was great walking me through the steps and had it resolved in no time. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend OrCam.
