GBGreat experience OrCam has fantastic customer service. I was connected with Alex when the app stopped logging statistics from our OrCam Learn device. He also helped us work through some issues we were having while learning to use the device effectively. It took a few calls to get everything resolved and he was a joy each time. GBFaulty device told to send back took… Faulty device told to send back took ages to be collected, awful Customer service I am a vulnerable person who wanted this to be able to rely on people less. Have been told to sell it on or donate it!! Now being told they have to discuss at meeting if I can get a fefund, 121 days later. Absolutely disgusting
