GBHey, orCam, Great job, great product! When I received my product, which is the my eye pro two, I was a little leery because I’ve never used anything like it. But then I started to learn how to use it. I joined their Facebook group. And met with a trainer one on one virtually. This instructor, not only was patient and kind. But gave me some scenarios that I could try with my product. She was understanding. And one of the best instructors that I have had for any adaptive technology product. I’ve had to talk with customer service a couple of times, and every time I have talked with them, they have not only been very approachable, but they responded and a very Acceptable timeframe. They listen to what I had to say. And they solved my issue. I have been able to reach out to this company for help with the product and received nothing but patience and professionalism. I think that if anyone were to buy one of their products, they can’t go wrong with this company and the different products such as the read, the my eye pro two or my pro three all of the staff are wonderful. And I seen nothing but a bright future for this company as they continue to develop leading edge products for the blind and visually impaired.

GBScam Avoid At All Cost!! Product is useful for someone blind like myself but they want to charge £4000+, no problem if that’s the cost, but emails sent every single day and phone calls when I have already said it’s out of my price range, very aggressive salespeople. Maybe they should spend less on all this advertising to lower the cost of the device!

GBWe misplaced the charging cord so had… We misplaced the charging cord so had to email in question on how to order a new one. Was told it was black in color, we had been looking for a white cord since the plug adapter was white. When they realized that I was looking for the wrong color, they offered to call me back on Sunday, which gave me 3 days to see if I could locate it. I did, but better, yet, Daniel Palin did call me back on Sunday. The Orcam has been a blessing to my mom who suffered a stroke which impaired her vision and caused... something like dilexia and dimished her reading skills from being a prolific reader to a beginning reader. Very frustrating for her until the Orcam.

ARSo grateful for Daniel's help Daniel was most helpful in changing the device language. I thought I had made a wrongful buy, so it was such a relief to receive his assistance. Besides, he made his best in speaking "castellano-the-argentine-way". In short, I've no words so say "thanks"
