Great experience OrCam has fantastic customer service. I was connected with Alex when the app stopped logging statistics from our OrCam Learn device. He also helped us work through some issues we were having while learning to use the device effectively. It took a few calls to get everything resolved and he was a joy each time. Overall great experience.

Fantastic product and customer support Orcam Myeye is a fantastic product with wonderful customer support. Shortly after my issue was submitted I received a long distance call from Max and he worked with me as long as it took until my problem was resolved.
