AUMagical level of service I have never experienced such a level of support in all my years. Someone is always there day or night. No time zones to worry about. Replies and help within minutes. These guys have just never talked down at me no matter how dumb my questions. As far as IT goes and really quite dense. These guys will hold your hand and have helped me solve many problems ( most self caused ) over the years. Just checked and I have been with FastComet since November 2017

I had a problem with uploading a website and made contact receiving a reply and help from Veselin M who explained and researched the problem I had and how to fix it. KEBest tech support out here I really enjoy services from Fastcomet. Been using them for 4 years now. All I can say is that their customer support is the best, swift and effective, even if you are not a techie. Special mention to Dimithur, Veselin and Taner and live support team.
