I paid 14$ for setup fee, but they deducted 20$ at the time of refund. And I had to agree with them, what else could I do more? They may reply to this review by saying, we discounted the price for first time user and bla bla, but they don't understand if the purchasing amount is discounted,then refunding must also by discounted.
