I paid 14$ for setup fee, but they deducted 20$ at the time of refund. And I had to agree with them, what else could I do more? They may reply to this review by saying, we discounted the price for first time user and bla bla, but they don't understand if the purchasing amount is discounted,then refunding must also by discounted.

AUFabulous Support Team! Fast Comet's customer support is excellent. I called today to downgrade my hosting package as it's a bit expensive and my websites are starter sites. GBBoris T Boris T. at FastComet support cut right to the chase and updated settings that were lost in a migration to a new server (my original server required maintenance). I'm not sure why these weren't updated during the migration, but Boris was spot on, and brought the speed back!
