Fabulous Support Team! Fast Comet's customer support is excellent. I called today to downgrade my hosting package as it's a bit expensive and my websites are starter sites. Their customer support agent, Valentin was very kind in helping me with this and their tech support agent Ivan G.I. applied the technical changes on my behalf. This is the kind of A1 support you need from a hosting company. Fabulous job!

Boris T Boris T. at FastComet support cut right to the chase and updated settings that were lost in a migration to a new server (my original server required maintenance). I'm not sure why these weren't updated during the migration, but Boris was spot on, and brought the speed back!

Magical level of service I have never experienced such a level of support in all my years. Someone is always there day or night. No time zones to worry about. Replies and help within minutes. These guys have just never talked down at me no matter how dumb my questions. As far as IT goes and really quite dense. These guys will hold your hand and have helped me solve many problems ( most self caused ) over the years. Just checked and I have been with FastComet since November 2017
