I paid 14$ for setup fee, but they deducted 20$ at the time of refund. And I had to agree with them, what else could I do more? They may reply to this review by saying, we discounted the price for first time user and bla bla, but they don't understand if the purchasing amount is discounted,then refunding must also by discounted.

AUFabulous Support Team! Fast Comet's customer support is excellent. I called today to downgrade my hosting package as it's a bit expensive and my websites are starter sites. Their customer support agent, Valentin was very kind in helping me with this and their tech support agent Ivan G.I. applied the technical changes on my behalf. This is the kind of A1 support you need from a hosting company. Fabulous job!
