Fake Money back Guarantee Fake Money back Guarantee If you are going to purchase any of their VPS or Higher Plans, Beware, these scammers will not refund the full money, they won't even refund the reasonable amount. I paid 14$ for setup fee, but they deducted 20$ at the time of refund. And I had to agree with them, what else could I do more? They may reply to this review by saying, we discounted the price for first time user and bla bla, but they don't understand if the purchasing amount is discounted,then refunding must also by discounted.

Magical level of service I have never experienced such a level of support in all my years. Someone is always there day or night. No time zones to worry about. Replies and help within minutes. These guys have just never talked down at me no matter how dumb my questions. As far as IT goes and really quite dense. These guys will hold your hand and have helped me solve many problems ( most self caused ) over the years. Just checked and I have been with FastComet since November 2017
