AUFabulous Support Team! Fast Comet's customer support is excellent. I called today to downgrade my hosting package as it's a bit expensive and my websites are starter sites. Their customer support agent, Valentin was very kind in helping me with this and their tech support agent Ivan G.I. applied the technical changes on my behalf. AUMagical level of service I have never experienced such a level of support in all my years. Someone is always there day or night. No time zones to worry about. Replies and help within minutes. These guys have just never talked down at me no matter how dumb my questions. As far as IT goes and really quite dense.
