However, I was extremely impressed with the rapid response I received from customer service letting me know they were working on their site and it would be resolved same day. Service is always great with this company!

Today is 5/1/20 Today is 5/1/20, I placed my order 4/14/20. I have not received my order and after two calls to customer service I am told that the order was sent out to the correct address but returned for whatever reason and I am now expected to pay additional money to have it re-shipped. WHY????? I gave correct shipping information when I ordered and I am not responsible for the order not being properly delivered. Your policy is totally unfair regarding this situation and I will never again order from you or recommend your company to others. I expect a refund for these items which were not received.
