superior, responsive customer service The customer service at Diabetessupplies4less is outstanding. An item I was looking for was sold out, but I asked for an alert when it was back in stock. A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!

My order arrived quickly My order arrived quickly. I love ordering these test strips, as my insurance only pays for 1 a day and sometimes I like to double check my glucose level. Love to have these as extras, as my usual ones when the insurance does not pay cost over $1 for each test strip. Way too expensive for me.

They promised to ship a different brand. It has now been about 7 weeks and they are now not answering and have their phone lines shut off. Before this they were always pretty good except 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years when I had to call because they didn't ship my order on time.
