Today is 5/1/20 Today is 5/1/20, I placed my order 4/14/20. I have not received my order and after two calls to customer service I am told that the order was sent out to the correct address but returned for whatever reason and I am now expected to pay additional money to have it re-shipped. WHY????? I gave correct shipping information when I ordered and I am not responsible for the order not being properly delivered. Your policy is totally unfair regarding this situation and I will never again order from you or recommend your company to others. I expect a refund for these items which were not received.

I have been buying test strips for a… I have been buying test strips for a few years, but today it keep coming back (Not recognizing my email & password) do not understand why so I changed my password & re entered my email again & added new password. This time it went thru. That is all that matters in the end. Just glad you have the N95 masks & hope they come soon. Called customer service Called customer service about purchasing alcohol swabs. Very helpful and polite. Didn’t have the ones I wanted but was told another brand was available. Ordered online. Very easy!!

superior, responsive customer service The customer service at Diabetessupplies4less is outstanding. An item I was looking for was sold out, but I asked for an alert when it was back in stock. A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!
