However, I was extremely impressed with the rapid response I received from customer service letting me know they were working on their site and it would be resolved same day. GBNot shipping me anything right now Not shipping me anything right now. They said they were out of the BD product and I asked for a different brand or a refund. They promised to ship a different brand. It has now been about 7 weeks and they are now not answering and have their phone lines shut off. Before this they were always pretty good except 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years when I had to call because they didn't ship my order on time.
