GBsuperior, responsive customer service The customer service at Diabetessupplies4less is outstanding. An item I was looking for was sold out, but I asked for an alert when it was back in stock. A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!

GBI never received my order I never received my order. I was treated terrible when trying to communicate to the sales department that I was never sent a receipt or tracking info and they continued telling me they sent it but I never received anything except the responses to original email I sent them. I asked them to send the info to me as a response to my email I sent them but they never did. I am filing a claim with the BBB and I will never recommend this company. My husband is relying on getting these medical supplies and your company doesn't care.
