A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!
