GBInitially Diabetessupplies4Less was… Initially Diabetessupplies4Less was having some site issues. A bit inconvenient when i needed to order supplies. However, I was extremely impressed with the rapid response I received from customer service letting me know they were working on their site and it would be resolved same day. Service is always great with this company!

GBsuperior, responsive customer service The customer service at Diabetessupplies4less is outstanding. An item I was looking for was sold out, but I asked for an alert when it was back in stock. A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!

GBSlow USPS shipping I ordered an item that would fit in a regular sized envelope, but it took seven days to arrive, despite paying $9.00 for “priority mail” shipping. Thats USPS for you.
