This time it went thru. That is all that matters in the end. Just glad you have the N95 masks & hope they come soon. Not shipping me anything right now Not shipping me anything right now. They said they were out of the BD product and I asked for a different brand or a refund. They promised to ship a different brand. It has now been about 7 weeks and they are now not answering and have their phone lines shut off. Before this they were always pretty good except 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years when I had to call because they didn't ship my order on time.

superior, responsive customer service The customer service at Diabetessupplies4less is outstanding. An item I was looking for was sold out, but I asked for an alert when it was back in stock. A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!

Slow USPS shipping I ordered an item that would fit in a regular sized envelope, but it took seven days to arrive, despite paying $9.00 for “priority mail” shipping. Thats USPS for you.
