Not shipping me anything right now Not shipping me anything right now. They said they were out of the BD product and I asked for a different brand or a refund. They promised to ship a different brand. It has now been about 7 weeks and they are now not answering and have their phone lines shut off. Before this they were always pretty good except 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years when I had to call because they didn't ship my order on time.

I never received my order I never received my order. I was treated terrible when trying to communicate to the sales department that I was never sent a receipt or tracking info and they continued telling me they sent it but I never received anything except the responses to original email I sent them. I asked them to send the info to me as a response to my email I sent them but they never did. I am filing a claim with the BBB and I will never recommend this company. My husband is relying on getting these medical supplies and your company doesn't care.
