GBsuperior, responsive customer service The customer service at Diabetessupplies4less is outstanding. An item I was looking for was sold out, but I asked for an alert when it was back in stock. A week or so later that alert came, but when I tried to order, it was sold out again. I responded to the alert email complaining about that, and within a couple of minutes an agent responded with another option for me. I had another occasion to contact them by email and again the response came nearly instantaneously. I wish my own family members were that responsive to my needs!

GBNot shipping me anything right now Not shipping me anything right now. They said they were out of the BD product and I asked for a different brand or a refund. They promised to ship a different brand. It has now been about 7 weeks and they are now not answering and have their phone lines shut off. Before this they were always pretty good except 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years when I had to call because they didn't ship my order on time.
