However, I was extremely impressed with the rapid response I received from customer service letting me know they were working on their site and it would be resolved same day. Slow USPS shipping I ordered an item that would fit in a regular sized envelope, but it took seven days to arrive, despite paying $9.00 for “priority mail” shipping. Thats USPS for you.
