I have been buying test strips for a… I have been buying test strips for a few years, but today it keep coming back (Not recognizing my email & password) do not understand why so I changed my password & re entered my email again & added new password. This time it went thru. That is all that matters in the end. Just glad you have the N95 masks & hope they come soon. I never received my order I never received my order. I was treated terrible when trying to communicate to the sales department that I was never sent a receipt or tracking info and they continued telling me they sent it but I never received anything except the responses to original email I sent them. I asked them to send the info to me as a response to my email I sent them but they never did. I am filing a claim with the BBB and I will never recommend this company. My husband is relying on getting these medical supplies and your company doesn't care.
