Poor quality of doctors Poor quality of doctors. The doctor told me she wouldn’t give me anything because I am 19 even though I purchase my own for pain management and wanted to see a doctor for more precise pain management. Before she even heard about why I need it she told me no. I wasn’t treated kindly or respectfully. I felt looked down on. Not the experience you want from a doctor who’s one of your last resorts for pain management. Find a different doctor. Did not seem like a welcoming environment nor one that have patient care as a top priority.

I made a mistake telling her I wanted my recommendation for only 6 months and contacted HelloMD and request a change to 1 yr. Dr Hadfield updated my recommendation promptly within the hour. She also went above and beyond to send me healthful tips related to my issues. In brief, if your sick and in pain and needed a caring Dr to diagnose you, Dr Hadfield from HelloMD is defintely the one to go to.

While the doctor was courteous at the start, he received a phone call during this meeting and put the video chat "on hold" (hid screen) so he could take it. This tells me that he did not take this consultation seriously. I asked questions, but he did not give me any information that I couldn't find myself or didn't already know. The medical recommendation is clearly just a "cut and paste" answer. There's no way he could've typed all that in the amount of time we hung up. There was absolutely no value to this experience. Please let me know if you can accommodate this refund. Thanks

Dr. Richard Kim does not care to actually listen and comprehend what you are saying. He totally disregards what you have to say and makes up his own tall tale. I would never recommend this service to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL.
