GBI would like a refund of $49 please (I… I would like a refund of $49 please (I had a $10 off code). While the doctor was courteous at the start, he received a phone call during this meeting and put the video chat "on hold" (hid screen) so he could take it. This tells me that he did not take this consultation seriously. I asked questions, but he did not give me any information that I couldn't find myself or didn't already know. The medical recommendation is clearly just a "cut and paste" answer. There's no way he could've typed all that in the amount of time we hung up. There was absolutely no value to this experience. Please let me know if you can accommodate this refund. Thanks

I’ll be honest; I wasn’t 100% sure about this way of acquiring my medical card but Dr. Richard Kim was amazing...he was genuinely interested in my current health situation and really took the time to make sure my concerns were addressed and my needs met. He took extra time to explain the differences between products and completely educate me in a simple and quick manner. I am very appreciative of his help and this service. GBnot very informative. I was hopping that I would get information on how to use the medicine on the followup email, but it did not come up. Neither the link to print the ID card to order the product from dispensary is working. Now it's already after hours, so I have to deal with it tomorrow. Kind of frustrating.
