Dr. Richard Kim does not care to actually listen and comprehend what you are saying. He totally disregards what you have to say and makes up his own tall tale. Supportive and easy to deal with!! Although I had a few setbacks between the NY health dept and the practitioner, it was undetermined where the fault was to be found.
