Dr. Richard Kim does not care to actually listen and comprehend what you are saying. He totally disregards what you have to say and makes up his own tall tale. I would never recommend this service to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL.

not very informative. I was hopping that I would get information on how to use the medicine on the followup email, but it did not come up. Neither the link to print the ID card to order the product from dispensary is working. Now it's already after hours, so I have to deal with it tomorrow. Kind of frustrating.

This is my delayed review for Dr Pamela… This is my delayed review for Dr Pamela Hadfield and her amazing service. Dr Hadfield was nice, knowledgeable and very caring for patient in a personal way. I made a mistake telling her I wanted my recommendation for only 6 months and contacted HelloMD and request a change to 1 yr. Dr Hadfield updated my recommendation promptly within the hour. She also went above and beyond to send me healthful tips related to my issues. In brief, if your sick and in pain and needed a caring Dr to diagnose you, Dr Hadfield from HelloMD is defintely the one to go to.

She listened to me and allowed questions, but it was clear that this conveyor line would move on soon. I'd say a good mix of expediency sprinkled with a touch of courtesy, all aimed at getting the job done quickly, economically--and then move on.
