I purchased an Eddie in year 2023. I purchased an Eddie in year 2023; however apparently I ordered the wrong size. I have tried several times to contact Eddie's website or email with no success. Please can you help.

Like Norwood Like Norwood. Stay Away !!!!!! Terrible company Outright theft and deception. Also wanted No part of subscription plan funny how subscription sounds like conscription. Just wanted to try it though a more forbidding medical issue takes sex off the table. I’ve written many times with this info without any changes on their part. Returned last shipment Return to Sender unopened and Zero refund $138 charge per Crooks. These businesses need oversite of some kind. Scam or Scum Alert

I can't give this zero stars or I… I can't give this zero stars or I would. These guys took my money and then never shipped the product. Will not even respond to multiple emails asking for money back. However, I did receive several marketing emails since purchasing asking if I wanted to be an investor. What a joke of a company. Buyer beware.

Service is a rip-off and outrageously priced There 'subscription' service is ridiculous. You don't need this every 4 months and the cost is unbelievably outrageous. When I ordered their website would allow you to order just the product. I made sure of this. It was difficult but you could do it (I don't think you can anymore). They sent a subscription anyway which I did not know. Four months later there was a $200 charge on my credit card. I requested a refund, but they kept $25. This company is a rip-off. You can by other like products from other manufacturers that if properly fit give the same result at 1/50th the price.
