Service is a rip-off and outrageously priced There 'subscription' service is ridiculous. You don't need this every 4 months and the cost is unbelievably outrageous. When I ordered their website would allow you to order just the product. I made sure of this. It was difficult but you could do it (I don't think you can anymore). They sent a subscription anyway which I did not know. Four months later there was a $200 charge on my credit card. I requested a refund, but they kept $25. This company is a rip-off. You can by other like products from other manufacturers that if properly fit give the same result at 1/50th the price.

No Luck As much as I have tried I am too small for the Eddy to work. Unfortunately I didn't cancel my subscription soon enough so now I am out more money and I am stuck with another Eddy that I cannot use.

When we contacted customer service even though it is still in the unopened box was told that i could not return. $217. Why do I need 2 if they are so great???? They continue to ship supplements even after cancelling subscription and when you log in to view subscriptions, it only shows the supplements. Have tried to cancel again. They make it impossible to cancel and continue to ship regardless of what you do. STAY AWAY!

A Huge Success! I followed directions and ordered the A size since I wear regular condoms, but it proved to be too small for me. The replacement size was ordered and arrived promptly with no issue. I was hesitant about this since rings have failed but it has proved to be a large success especially for my wife of 40 years who says it's now like we are teenagers again. Kind of works, but beware the scam The device kind of works. In a pinch it has helped firm up softer erections, but it's not super comfortable and makes sex less pleasurable than when I can get an erection normally. But I only need it every once in a while, but they automatically sign you up for a subscription even if you just want to buy it once. So they try to get you to pay hundreds of dollars every few months. Beware! Try other brands first that don't try to scam you into a subscription service.
