While it has brought improvement, I have yet to acquire and maintain a full and complete erection. I think that the more noticeable tumescence instead of a completely flaccid penis is a hopeful sign. Terrible - I suffered an adverse event Terrible product, It injured me! After use I had several hematomas. I tried to report an adverse event with the company regarding my injury and they only had a customer service person. I reported the company to the FDA for not having any systems in place to deal with adverse events. Product used 02/11- Hematomas discovered next day.
