Kind of works, but beware the scam The device kind of works. In a pinch it has helped firm up softer erections, but it's not super comfortable and makes sex less pleasurable than when I can get an erection normally. A Huge Success! I followed directions and ordered the A size since I wear regular condoms, but it proved to be too small for me. The replacement size was ordered and arrived promptly with no issue.
