I purchased an Eddie in year 2023. I purchased an Eddie in year 2023; however apparently I ordered the wrong size. I have tried several times to contact Eddie's website or email with no success. Please can you help.

Like Norwood Like Norwood. Stay Away !!!!!! Terrible company Outright theft and deception. Also wanted No part of subscription plan funny how subscription sounds like conscription. Just wanted to try it though a more forbidding medical issue takes sex off the table. I’ve written many times with this info without any changes on their part. Returned last shipment Return to Sender unopened and Zero refund $138 charge per Crooks. These businesses need oversite of some kind. Scam or Scum Alert

The best thing since sliced bread As a service experience, Giddy is amazing. I felt my need and the problem causing it was understood. I learned a lot from watching the videos and felt more hope in dealing with it. I also liked the positive emotional experience use of words in the solution as compared to using only numeric proof that a product will work. Lastly, I think it is great that the company knows every situation is unique and willing to work with their customer to find a successful outcome.

Would give zero if could Would give zero if could. Ordered 1 Eddie. After cancelling the subscription for the supplements, continued receiving. Then received ANOTHER Eddie that was not ordered. When we contacted customer service even though it is still in the unopened box was told that i could not return. $217. Why do I need 2 if they are so great???? They continue to ship supplements even after cancelling subscription and when you log in to view subscriptions, it only shows the supplements. Have tried to cancel again. They make it impossible to cancel and continue to ship regardless of what you do. STAY AWAY!

No Luck As much as I have tried I am too small for the Eddy to work. Unfortunately I didn't cancel my subscription soon enough so now I am out more money and I am stuck with another Eddy that I cannot use.
