GBWould give zero if could Would give zero if could. Ordered 1 Eddie. After cancelling the subscription for the supplements, continued receiving. Then received ANOTHER Eddie that was not ordered. When we contacted customer service even though it is still in the unopened box was told that i could not return. $217. Why do I need 2 if they are so great???? They continue to ship supplements even after cancelling subscription and when you log in to view subscriptions, it only shows the supplements. Have tried to cancel again. They make it impossible to cancel and continue to ship regardless of what you do. STAY AWAY!

GBBe aware that they will keep charging… Be aware that they will keep charging you even with your subscription cancelled. I cancelled on their website and magically they activated it again without warning and sent another device.

GBMy new Eddie device has given me hope for an end to ED. My new Eddie device is now properly sized and fitted. While it has brought improvement, I have yet to acquire and maintain a full and complete erection. I think that the more noticeable tumescence instead of a completely flaccid penis is a hopeful sign. Since I expect to be vaccinated for COVID-19 very soon, I will be asking my primary care physician for a referral to see a urologist as soon as possible to further explore the cause(s) and possible additional/concurrent treatment(s) for my ED and any underlying causes. Again, while I'm not all the way to a "Giddy" experience, my Eddie device has given me hope that I will. Thank you, Giddy!

GBAwkward fit and position during “active” use Works ok during fitting and wearing “offline”, but in the heat of the moment it moves around, doesn’t “sit flush” all the way down, is a little pokey in a bad way for partner. Tried different sizes and tensions. Haven’t found a reliable combination yet. Reverted back to other solutions. Plan to revisit using this, but wasn’t a slam dunk.

GBThe best thing since sliced bread As a service experience, Giddy is amazing. I felt my need and the problem causing it was understood. I learned a lot from watching the videos and felt more hope in dealing with it. I also liked the positive emotional experience use of words in the solution as compared to using only numeric proof that a product will work. Lastly, I think it is great that the company knows every situation is unique and willing to work with their customer to find a successful outcome.
