Terrible - I suffered an adverse event Terrible product, It injured me! After use I had several hematomas. I tried to report an adverse event with the company regarding my injury and they only had a customer service person. I reported the company to the FDA for not having any systems in place to deal with adverse events. Product used 02/11- Hematomas discovered next day.

The products were as describetd and nothing was missing. Althougth the prices are a bit high, the quality is good enough to justify it. The communication between us wasn't great.
