I purchased an Eddie in year 2023. I purchased an Eddie in year 2023; however apparently I ordered the wrong size. I have tried several times to contact Eddie's website or email with no success. Please can you help.

Awkward fit and position during “active” use Works ok during fitting and wearing “offline”, but in the heat of the moment it moves around, doesn’t “sit flush” all the way down, is a little pokey in a bad way for partner.
