Service is a rip-off and outrageously priced There 'subscription' service is ridiculous. You don't need this every 4 months and the cost is unbelievably outrageous. They sent a subscription anyway which I did not know. Four months later there was a $200 charge on my credit card. I requested a refund, but they kept $25. This company is a rip-off. Be aware that they will keep charging… Be aware that they will keep charging you even with your subscription cancelled. I cancelled on their website and magically they activated it again without warning and sent another device.
