GBTerrible - I suffered an adverse event Terrible product, It injured me! After use I had several hematomas. I tried to report an adverse event with the company regarding my injury and they only had a customer service person. I reported the company to the FDA for not having any systems in place to deal with adverse events. Product used 02/11- Hematomas discovered next day.

GBThe best thing since sliced bread As a service experience, Giddy is amazing. I felt my need and the problem causing it was understood. I learned a lot from watching the videos and felt more hope in dealing with it. I also liked the positive emotional experience use of words in the solution as compared to using only numeric proof that a product will work. Lastly, I think it is great that the company knows every situation is unique and willing to work with their customer to find a successful outcome.

GBI purchased an Eddie in year 2023. I purchased an Eddie in year 2023; however apparently I ordered the wrong size. I have tried several times to contact Eddie's website or email with no success. Please can you help.

GBGreat product !! Not so good Customer Relations The product works good from my experience. The only reason for the 3 stars is because I had was I jumped onto a 50 dollar off promo, and didn't realize it was a subscription called STAYGIDDY, so one day without any prior email warning my PayPal bank account was hit with 203 dollar charge for "one" Giddy, that was already being shipped! I emailed and asked for a reversal or at lease an adjustment in the charge, but haven't gotten a response, yet. As of now you can buy two for 225 on Amazon!! Always read everything before you confirm a purchase online with any seller.

GBNo Luck As much as I have tried I am too small for the Eddy to work. Unfortunately I didn't cancel my subscription soon enough so now I am out more money and I am stuck with another Eddy that I cannot use.
