I’m very happy with my unit I’m very happy with my unit. It’s easy to use, travels well, I feel more comfortable that my equipment is being cleaned sufficiently. Customer service was professional and pleasant to interact with.

The Virtuclean is easy to... The Virtuclean is easy to use. I like that it is not bulky; easy to store when not in use. Material indicated that it would go 7 cleanings on one charge. I got only 6. BUT this may be because I used it as is and did not charge it up fully before using. This may have been obvious but it showed full, AND the material did not say to charge it before use. I suggest that the written material make this clear, either way.

Simplicity is the genius of this… Simplicity is the genius of this system. I can put everything in the bag, hook up the hoses, and power it on in a little over 30 seconds. Easy to do first thing in the morning. After hooking up the hose and mask, etc, I like to run the CPAP for a few seconds to clear out any O3. Looking forward to getting info on replacing the filter, etc.

The connection between the hose fitting… The connection between the hose fitting and the bag can be a real problem. Be ultra careful when removing the hose or you will pull the fitting out of the bag. We cut some thin vinyl and reinforced the connection. We are still ultra careful when removing the hose. The hose fitting needs to be redesigned with a wide flange to sandwich the bag material on both the inside and outside. This would then solve the problem. That is our only complaint. Otherwise our rating would be 10 stars.

Battery does not hold a charge I purchased the virtu clean in 2019. It originally was a great product and easy to use. About a year later I noticed the battery did not hold a good charge. Had to charge after every use. Now it does not charge at all. Very disappointed in the battery life
