GB4 stars. 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars but the fact the first rep. I worked with, by the name of David, was not much help at all. When I asked about using a certain text color, or envelope he just told me no we cant do that and no you cannot customize certain things that the catalog said we could. So fine, I just ordered it as basic as it comes due to the fact he said we could not use what we wanted. Then I called back to ask a question about our order and a different rep. (Lori ) helped me and was able to answer all of my questions and told me she would just cancel the order he put in a put in exactly what he wanted and seemed unsure why David told me we could not customize the holiday cards we were ordering. She got everything I wanted perfect and was a lot of help in correcting what David had done. Once we received the product it came out just like we wanted.

GBDelivery of Dental Materials I ordered a box of Snap temporary crown powder, which I needed for work on Monday - since we are closed on Friday, the instructions were to leave the Snap at my office manager's house, who lives a mile from my office. The materials were never delivered, even though UPS stated that they were left at the front door. I had to scramble;e around to find alternatives for making my temporaries until I could place an order with another company, who delivered the Snap that afternoon. We never did find out where the Snap was delivered to.

GBWould use another company if I could go back in time Placed over $1000 order for our open house 5 weeks prior to event, was told that was plenty of time. After 2 weeks, called to check, was told I'd receive a call back by two different employees, no one called back. I have now ended up having to call over 6 times to check on the status, 2 items have shipped (one on time and one late), the other 2 haven't shipped and we're at the 4 week mark. Only individual who gave me information was Bill, who told me three out of the 4 vendors changed suppliers, which is highly unusual. Overall really disappointed in my experience. Lack of communication is the biggest concern, I will likely move to another company as they cannot provide firm answers or explanations.
