Awesome Job!! Smart Practice is awesome from customer service to products ordered. They made sure all my needs were meet and my orders needed were shipped by time needed i would so recommend them to other practices. They take time in answering all questions and are very helpful, they make your time valuable and do not rush through process i am very happy to have them and will keep ordering and strongly recommend to friends for supplies. thank you again appreciate your help.

Amy in Customer Service needs to be fired. called up and spoke to Amy in customer service...asked if she could help me place an order...she was so smug and bitchy...I never placed my order. She needs to be replaced. Its obvious she hates her job.

toothbrush is well priced I like working with Steph and she gets us the best deal on toothbrushes. We have handed out over 9000 toothbrushes through community activities in our first year and so getting the best price is important to us.

Smart Practice ships what we need… Smart Practice ships what we need immediately, and has never made a mistake on the order. Our patients love the mini lip balms so much, we can barely keep them in stock. They are asking for the mint flavor (no longer available) and I hope they begin offering that option soon.

Would use another company if I could go back in time Placed over $1000 order for our open house 5 weeks prior to event, was told that was plenty of time. After 2 weeks, called to check, was told I'd receive a call back by two different employees, no one called back. I have now ended up having to call over 6 times to check on the status, 2 items have shipped (one on time and one late), the other 2 haven't shipped and we're at the 4 week mark. Only individual who gave me information was Bill, who told me three out of the 4 vendors changed suppliers, which is highly unusual. Overall really disappointed in my experience. Lack of communication is the biggest concern, I will likely move to another company as they cannot provide firm answers or explanations.
