Great service as usual!!! I have been using SmartPractice for years! Their service has only gotten better over the years. Now a next day delivery compared to a 7 day delivery years ago. Although I now order everything online, I do miss talking to my good friend, which developed over the years of ordering via telephone, to Laurie Spracale, who was exceptional at her customer service!!! Thanks for over 30 years of GREAT service!!

Personalized Service! Very pleased with your prices and very pleased with the personalized service I receive each time I call. Our sales rep, Brandon Bomar, is another reason we are so happy with your organization. If we are considering a product, the first call we make is to Brandon. He researches products for us, sets up appointments for reps to come and demonstrate products, and always follows up with us to get our feedback. We consider Brandon an integral part of our practice. We don't know what we would do without him. He certainly gives superior service and is an excellent example of a "valued" employee.

Very easy to use; no cloak and dagger. I love this company's website. Prices are visible to anyone looking for a better deal; unlike the others ("please login to see price"). Less expensive. Setting up an account was very easy without any hassles. No sales reps bugging me during office hours while I'm trying to treat patients.
