Setting up an account was very easy without any hassles. No sales reps bugging me during office hours while I'm trying to treat patients.

They made sure all my needs were meet and my orders needed were shipped by time needed i would so recommend them to other practices. The operator was a bit rude The operator was a bit rude, hard to understand and sharp with me when I asked for her to repeat what she had said. Also, I don’t know what is available from your company so I ask questions. I would suggest she get some customer service training.

Delivery of Dental Materials I ordered a box of Snap temporary crown powder, which I needed for work on Monday - since we are closed on Friday, the instructions were to leave the Snap at my office manager's house, who lives a mile from my office. The materials were never delivered, even though UPS stated that they were left at the front door. I had to scramble;e around to find alternatives for making my temporaries until I could place an order with another company, who delivered the Snap that afternoon. We never did find out where the Snap was delivered to.
