They made sure all my needs were meet and my orders needed were shipped by time needed i would so recommend them to other practices. Customer Service Tammy Burkholder has been our dental supplies rep for quite sometime. We trust her with all of our dental needs. If SP doesn't have a product that we are looking for, she is always helpful to find one comparable. Tammy's customer service goes above and beyond and we are so blessed to partner with her!!!!

No complaints I order a number of supplies for my dental office from SmartPractice and they always ship the correct product in a very timely manner. They don't have everything I need, which is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

Excellent products and service, website ordering difficult Excellent products and services. Have always had problems with ordering via the website, however. Our previous personalization is either not available to load or the editor errors so it can't load. Every time I have to wait at least a couple additional days to contact Smart Practice by phone and get the proofs approved. It would be great if this part of the website would be updated.
