GBOxiline is a SCAM!!! I had this exact same experience. This is a SCAM!!!!! I don't think this is a legitimate business. I ordered a product and they immediately charged my credit card. After a week, I contacted them to find out what had happened to my order. They said it was backordered, so I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They said they would, but after several more weeks, nothing has happened. I have called many times, but they aren't available to take calls. I've sent multiple emails. No response. And, no refund. GBThey will NOT respond to you once they have your money. ZERO customer service: They don't respond to submissions to their online form; they don't respond to direct email; they don't answer their phone. In short: it's obvious they have no intention of holding up their promise of customer support or 30 day returns. I recommend you run far away from this "company."

GBPaid for something I never got! I ordered a piece of health equipment from Oxiline. I received an email saying that they hoped I like the equipment despite the fact that I have not received it. I have called numerous times only to be told that they are not available. I have emailed, both on their web based email system and on regular email and have received no response. Their customer service in nonexistent. I am now having to process a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back. Steer clear of this company!

GBI don't understand all the negative… I don't understand all the negative reviews. I ordered oxiline pro blood pressure meter on 4/19/24. Within a half hour got confirmation order was shipped with valid tracking number. Received meter on 4/23/24. Very happy. Most accurate one of the two others I have. Cuff is easy to use and there are instructions included. Using app to sync up with meter easy with no problems. Maybe I'm just lucky ???

GBI ordered a TENS machine from Oxilene… I ordered a TENS machine from Oxilene and was satisfied with the quality. The pads eventually did not adhere so I ordered replacements. When they arrived, I found that they did not adhere after 1 use. I called their customer service and asked them to send replacements for the defective product. They refused to comply unless I returned the original items. I explained that I was bedridden but that did not change her policy.Very disappointed in their customer service.
