GBI ordered a TENS machine from Oxilene… I ordered a TENS machine from Oxilene and was satisfied with the quality. The pads eventually did not adhere so I ordered replacements. When they arrived, I found that they did not adhere after 1 use. I called their customer service and asked them to send replacements for the defective product. They refused to comply unless I returned the original items. I explained that I was bedridden but that did not change her policy.Very disappointed in their customer service.

GBOrder billed, not delivered--no response. When my order was overdue, I checked the tracking number to find out they shipped my oximeter to an address less than 10-miles from their Miami office. I live in California. I have tried to reach them several times by eMail, their ContactUs message app, and by phone. They charged my credit card right away, but so far no response from Oxiline no matter what method used to try to reach Customer Service.
