I ordered a Pulse XS Pro on April 8 which I have yet to receive although their web site claims “Expedited Shipping to guarantee fast delivery“ Several requests to their support have yet to produce any assistance and after 2 weeks I have given up trying to get help from Oxiline. The tracking is a joke as it doesn’t tell tou where it is or when it will be delivered. While they may have a decent product, their service and is a joke. It looks like my only option is to dispute the charge since no product has been forthcoming. Too bad I didn't find this site for reviews before I ordered.

Oxiline is a SCAM!!! I had this exact same experience. This is a SCAM!!!!! I don't think this is a legitimate business. I ordered a product and they immediately charged my credit card. After a week, I contacted them to find out what had happened to my order. They said it was backordered, so I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They said they would, but after several more weeks, nothing has happened. I have called many times, but they aren't available to take calls. I've sent multiple emails. No response. And, no refund. Not waiting for this Placed my order 8 days ago and still waiting for it to be delivered. Website promises 3-4 days for delivery. Tracking the package shows it is still is NJ. I live in Colorado. I imagine anyone ordering a glucometer would likely need it faster than this. I don't want to wait two weeks to get test strips every time. I already went out and bought another one, a different brand. This one will be returned unopened.
