GBI don't think this is a legitimate… I don't think this is a legitimate business. I ordered a product and they immediately charged my credit card. After a week, I contacted them to find out what had happened to my order. They said it was backordered, so I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They said they would, but after several more weeks, nothing has happened. I have called many times, but they aren't available to take calls. I've sent multiple emails. No response. And, no refund.

GBThey will NOT respond to you once they have your money. ZERO customer service: They don't respond to submissions to their online form; they don't respond to direct email; they don't answer their phone. In short: it's obvious they have no intention of holding up their promise of customer support or 30 day returns. I recommend you run far away from this "company."

AUI placed my order 14/01/2024 for 1 x… I placed my order 14/01/2024 for 1 x Pulse XS Pro & still have not received it. I have contacted them on several occasions by email the without any help & then they just started ignoring my emails all together. The tracking information given shows that my order has been stuck with Canada post since 24/01/2024. Do not use this company you have been warned......

GBs c a m falsely advertises a return policy: will not honor it. item is unopened and unused: merchant has refused to provide return information more than a week after return request submitted. dishonest merchant. consumer deception and fraudulent return claims. do not buy.
