Oxiline is a SCAM!!! I had this exact same experience. This is a SCAM!!!!! I don't think this is a legitimate business. I ordered a product and they immediately charged my credit card. After a week, I contacted them to find out what had happened to my order. They said it was backordered, so I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They said they would, but after several more weeks, nothing has happened. I have called many times, but they aren't available to take calls. I've sent multiple emails. No response. And, no refund. They will NOT respond to you once they have your money. ZERO customer service: They don't respond to submissions to their online form; they don't respond to direct email; they don't answer their phone. In short: it's obvious they have no intention of holding up their promise of customer support or 30 day returns. I recommend you run far away from this "company."

s c a m falsely advertises a return policy: will not honor it. item is unopened and unused: merchant has refused to provide return information more than a week after return request submitted. dishonest merchant. consumer deception and fraudulent return claims. do not buy.

Order billed, not delivered--no response. When my order was overdue, I checked the tracking number to find out they shipped my oximeter to an address less than 10-miles from their Miami office. I live in California. I have tried to reach them several times by eMail, their ContactUs message app, and by phone. They charged my credit card right away, but so far no response from Oxiline no matter what method used to try to reach Customer Service.
