Poor experience Looking at other reviews, I guess we were lucky to have received our tens unit which cost over $200 NZD. We have had it 6 months and the unit has started to fail and no one at Oxiline will respond to our query. Do not buy anything from this company.

Emailed several times without reply. Do Not Order from them. I do not know how companies like Forbes and Men'sHealth can give this company positive reviews.

ZERO customer service: They don't respond to submissions to their online form; they don't respond to direct email; they don't answer their phone. In short: it's obvious they have no intention of holding up their promise of customer support or 30 day returns. I recommend you run far away from this "company."
