GBPaid for something I never got! I ordered a piece of health equipment from Oxiline. I received an email saying that they hoped I like the equipment despite the fact that I have not received it. I have called numerous times only to be told that they are not available. I have emailed, both on their web based email system and on regular email and have received no response. Their customer service in nonexistent. I am now having to process a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back. Steer clear of this company!

GBThey will NOT respond to you once they have your money. ZERO customer service: They don't respond to submissions to their online form; they don't respond to direct email; they don't answer their phone. In short: it's obvious they have no intention of holding up their promise of customer support or 30 day returns. I recommend you run far away from this "company."
