USDissatisfied customr I would give Alimed 0 stars if that was an option. Website did not indicate proper shoe sizes for purchase of insoles. The representative I subsequently spoke with, Henry, sent me the wrong size. I purchased my insoles at a lower price with no shipping charges either. I am very disappointed with the inconvenience of dealing with Alimed and will probably not return as a future customer.

USThank You I have actually worked with AliMed when I was at Kingsley Mfg. Co. and always enjoyed their customer service and care. Now that I am caring for my Mom full time I am a customer and still receive the professional curtsy and products I did when working in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Thank You AliMed.

USImpossible to return Bad advice on sizing from their customer service. I kept ordering until I got the right size. When I requested authority to return the two finger splints that didn’t fit, they never responded. They will not allow you to return anything unless they give you specific permission. Now I am stuck with $78 worth of splints that I can never use..

USI have the best sales Rep I have the best sales Rep! I do all of the Rehab ordering for a very large County Facility. Nancy Alonso has made my experience with AliMed a pleasure and my job less stressful. Nancy is extremely efficient and such a pleasure to speak with. She has assisted me with several projects and always eager to help! What can i say...I do the majority of my ordering through AliMed and mostly because she makes it so easy!! :)

USHorrible experience So happy to do so Purchased a brace. Wrong one. Told that I would receive an email on procedure to return. Never did. Called and agent who sold brace to me does not return calls. Moved to supervisor. Did not return call. Over 300 dollar purchase and no instructions of how to return. So need to take action. Credit card used now reversing charges. In contact with my attorney. Horrible experience. I am a physician. Do not use this company
