Great item. No communication. The item I purchased was great. The only thing I would like to see is communication after my purchase. A “your order has shipped” email with a tracking number from usps/ups/fedex would have been helpful so I could track my order. I even signed up for an account and there was still no way to search this information on the website.

The picture for hand cuff for walker… The picture for hand cuff for walker very deceptive, we thought was plastic and ended up just sheepskin like wool and a strap, we had to open to see what it looked like and tried to return it and was refused because of it being opened and it being a medical item.. Need to have better description of items. $32.00 wasted 10.00 which was shipping

Very poor customer service Ordered two thumb braces. The elastic started to separate after two wearings on one. Sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement. They replied they would send my claim to their “returns team”. It is now a month later and I’ve heard nothing even after several emails inquiring about status. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had. Will never purchase from here again. I expected a lot more for the price of the items.

Won't allow return. Ordered left and right walker splint for family member. Alimed would NOT allow me to return the unused product - said the box had been opened. How are you supposed to check it without opening the box? Will never order from here again and urge others to reconsider.
