GBTerrible service Terrible service. Purchasing was easy, although shipping charges were ridiculous. Tried to request a return online by filling out their online form. No answer. Tried calling several times selecting the "return" option. Line rings, rings, rings - Sorry, no one available to take your call right now {hang up}. Called again and this time selected the "Place an Order" option, got someone on the line right away. Hmmmm. person took my information and told me it will take 7 to 10 business days to hear back from the Return team with a return authorization #. I already know they charge a 20% restocking fee. Stay away. There are other, better options online.

GBHorrible experience So happy to do so Purchased a brace. Wrong one. Told that I would receive an email on procedure to return. Never did. Called and agent who sold brace to me does not return calls. Moved to supervisor. Did not return call. Over 300 dollar purchase and no instructions of how to return. So need to take action. Credit card used now reversing charges. In contact with my attorney. Horrible experience. I am a physician. Do not use this company

GBI ordered on item over a year ago I ordered on item over a year ago. Since then my credit card has been tested with small charges. I asked Alimed to close my account since I cannot remove the credit card info from my online account. Only got a canned email response and my account is still open. 6/13/2022 Trustpilot indicated that Alimed wanted more info, so I resent the emails from May requesting the account be closed and again requested the account be closed. No response from Alimed (as usual).

GBAliMed's "Bait & Switch' SCAM AliMed's "Bait & Switch' SCAM! They advertised a Lift for $277.25 which weighs over 150# and charged $23.99 for Freight. I was sent a 1# Canvas Strap via UPS. I REFUSED delivery and UPS returned it to shipper and sent me the Proof of Delivery. I have filled out their Return Forms and called them repeatedly to no avail. They continually reply with Form Notices but won't refund my MasterCard charge. Cheating old handicapped Veterans' hoping they have memory problems is an example of their criminal Business Practices.
