GBPoor eye exam I paid to have my eye exam. Which after I got.my glasses I find out they are 50%off had to pay for a 2nd eye exam and have new glasses done asked for a refund do to there where so off and I felt I had to pay again for the correct prescription. It was the prescription that your doctor did that was 50 percent off. He also claimed I had to go to a specialist because of something wrong went to my regular eye doctor and they looked at your prescription and the right one which was 50 % off to what my eyes are. The place I had do my glasses where nice enough to redo my new prescription that is correct. So I asked for a refund they say they will call and talk to me about it. But they have ghosted me. I was there on Saturday the 7th 9f October when I got there they said the technician went home sick but that they still do my eye exam. They could have called me It was at durham north carolina. I broke my glasses I live in minnesota so I went to eyemart express but I now find out that 2020now is who you pay for the eye exam. I know 2020now took out the payment I was talking to eyemart in North Carolina Durham. In minnesota I went to my regular eye doctor who I had to pay. I dont know the doctor who did it. But I know that you took out the money for the eye exam. I have been waiting since early November for you to contact me. And you have ghosted me. So if you want to you can call me.

GBDo not do any business with 20/20now, the owner is such a horrible and greedy for looking for only your money. He is such a Scamer They don't care if your eye exam patients are waiting for long or not. Even they are using Drs as their slaves either, one Dr need to see the patients 30-50 per day and pay hourly only. They're solely focused on extracting money from your pocket for their own gain. Here's my warning: Do you really want to sign a contract with this company? Then ask for the termination terms first, read them carefully, and make sure you understand the refund clauses before you sign anything. Otherwise, they might interrupt your eye exams, unilaterally terminate the contract like they did with me, and then do everything in their power to take your money. I paid $22,000 for only the set up fee and they stop the serives after 15days because I keep complaining to them stop calling and forcing me to purchase eye exam equipment from your company in the 6:00 am in the morning, and also in the contract they promised and hooked me up eye exam will be provid from 20/20now company like Mon to Sat, 9:00 am to 7:00pm, but once I tried the business with them, every Monday is closed, and plus even other days are all only available 10am to 5pm, not only that, they allow me to make an eye exam appointments only one hour slot, not possible more than that. so I keep asking when your company can provide better or turn the promise service days and hours, than owner said I naver promised anything. Wow~ I keep complaining about the contract, your company said if there's any Dr's schedule changes will notice with written in 15 days before, but I naver got it. the owner of 20/20now keep putting the ridiculous excuses and instead of trying solve this issues, he sent me the termination contract, so I asked him what about my money for set up these? He said I signed it 1/15/2024, so he can not refund even single penny. He keep saying it is over the 60days thousand times (watch out guys, there is somthing behind with 60days) actually they start to provide the services 3/1/2024 and inactivate my account 3/16/2024 without my termination agreement nor refund process. Wow~ I naver expect that I have to pay to this greedy grandfa $22,000 with 15 days services. Now I report them to the FTC and BBB. I hope they can help me to get my money refund from this theft. I hope there's justice and karma. Sincerely I hope you don't end up a victim like me. P.S In the contract, they said they will pay the sublease fee to my pracrice 17% of eye exam fee volume, but they keep hiding the invoices and never pay it either.

GBCustomer Concerns I scheduled my son's eye exam appointment at 20/20NOW in the Costco at Boston Heights Ohio office. However, I encountered several issues: 1. There was only one person present in the office. 2. They charged us upfront instead of attempting to process our insurance first. 3. Despite my request for the bill to submit to our insurance, they repeatedly sent me the prescription instead. 4. When I visited the office later, it was permanently closed without any indication of relocation. Costco staff informed me that they relocated to Costco at Canton Ohio. Overall, I found this company to be highly unprofessional, and we have no intention of returning there in the future.
