GBPoor eye exam I paid to have my eye exam. Which after I got.my glasses I find out they are 50%off had to pay for a 2nd eye exam and have new glasses done asked for a refund do to there where so off and I felt I had to pay again for the correct prescription. It was the prescription that your doctor did that was 50 percent off. He also claimed I had to go to a specialist because of something wrong went to my regular eye doctor and they looked at your prescription and the right one which was 50 % off to what my eyes are. The place I had do my glasses where nice enough to redo my new prescription that is correct. So I asked for a refund they say they will call and talk to me about it. But they have ghosted me. I was there on Saturday the 7th 9f October when I got there they said the technician went home sick but that they still do my eye exam. They could have called me It was at durham north carolina. I broke my glasses I live in minnesota so I went to eyemart express but I now find out that 2020now is who you pay for the eye exam. I know 2020now took out the payment I was talking to eyemart in North Carolina Durham. In minnesota I went to my regular eye doctor who I had to pay. I dont know the doctor who did it. But I know that you took out the money for the eye exam. I have been waiting since early November for you to contact me. And you have ghosted me. So if you want to you can call me.

GBCustomer Concerns I scheduled my son's eye exam appointment at 20/20NOW in the Costco at Boston Heights Ohio office. However, I encountered several issues: 1. There was only one person present in the office. 2. They charged us upfront instead of attempting to process our insurance first. 3. Despite my request for the bill to submit to our insurance, they repeatedly sent me the prescription instead. 4. When I visited the office later, it was permanently closed without any indication of relocation. Costco staff informed me that they relocated to Costco at Canton Ohio. Overall, I found this company to be highly unprofessional, and we have no intention of returning there in the future.

GBSubpar service. The customer and service at this company are simply aweful. My daughter had an eye exam at the Costo Boston Heights, Ohio location in December 2023. The day after her exam they told her they were no longer at that location and she would have to drive over an 1 1/2 hours to come back and have her contact lense fitting. She has been wearing contacts for over 6 years and never had to return to the office for a fitting. When we told them we could not make the drive to the other location they had no resolution. I have contacted this company over 6x requesting reimbursement for the contact lense portion of the exam with no return calls or resolution. The customer service during the exam was subpar as well. I would not suggest using this company. Not high quality medical care and no customer services.

GBFirst off I will give credit to the… First off I will give credit to the location I went to, great staff and very friendly. My good experience ended there, I went back a week later to get my prescription and the company had been removed from the site and replaced ( this did not bother me it happens ). I was told by the new company they were not sure how to contact the company for a copy of my medical records. I left and realized I had received an email letting me know I could retrieve my records through an email request to the address MedicalRecords @ for2020now.com( the review does not allow email so minus the spaces) . I emailed the provided email (double checked my inbox it was sent) never to receive a response. At this point I looked up the company online and requested through their online portal a copy of my records at the website for2020now . I was sent a link to a corrupt webpage (501 error). I want to be specific because the company looks to refute all poor claims by pushing the experience on the site where the appointment was done. My experience there was great, the inability to gain access to the record and prescription I paid for. The inability to answer emails or requests properly shows a level of disfunction that is not confidence inspiring. Companies concept is great, I hope someone else can do it better. I’m addition … in the review reply they insist again the location is at fault. Or at least imply by the insistence of it being mentioned. It was in Mooresville, nc on 03/10/2023…
