Minus 100 Maybe reviews ought to allow us minus stars. This is my minus 100 review. One review said exactly what happened to me. Told them not to send it, sent it and now here we are me, 65 with metastatic breast cancer and my husband 68 with arthritis having to move this huge box onto the porch (FedEx doesn't come) off the porch, on again. Someone tried to steal it posing as FedEx which I was relieved about cause it was gone and now this morning it is back. I have spent hours on the phone with abc and they NEVER follow through. So done with them. My advice, find a local med company with good reviews

Order at own risk. Unscrupulous company that you can’t reach I placed two orders on March 12 and 13th including an order for a PAPR as I am a first responder. I have received no updates on my orders yet they charged my credit card without a problem. I have called multiple times and no answer. I have been online several times and they answered once and said to wait until the end of the month. I tried multiple times to reach the company yesterday the 31st as well as today April 1st. No response. Went online and waited for online response and nothing despite waiting over an hour. I want a refund. Luckily I used American Express. I may need to contact the Attorney General of Illinois. Reading the other recent reviews it seems as though they used to be an OK company but in the wake of the Coronavirus they have become an unscrupulous company.

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. One star is too many. I ordered a box of ten wound pads and was sent one pad. In three weeks. Then they tried to tell me I only ordered one pad and that 10 cost $112. Interesting that I've been buying the same box of 10 on Amazon for $30.

They are absolute crooks They are absolute crooks ! Show a box of 10 ostomy clips. I order 4 boxes, they sent me 4 individual clips and charged over $60. They are plastic and maybe 2 1/2 inches long. Taking advantage of a disabled senior is disgusting. There are many complaints at the Better Business Bureau. Most are for the same thing. They should be ashamed.it is the most disgusting scam I have ever had happen to me. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
