Told them not to send it, sent it and now here we are me, 65 with metastatic breast cancer and my husband 68 with arthritis having to move this huge box onto the porch (FedEx doesn't come) off the porch, on again. Someone tried to steal it posing as FedEx which I was relieved about cause it was gone and now this morning it is back. I have spent hours on the phone with abc and they NEVER follow through. So done with them. My advice, find a local med company with good reviews

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. One star is too many. I ordered a box of ten wound pads and was sent one pad. In three weeks. Then they tried to tell me I only ordered one pad and that 10 cost $112. Interesting that I've been buying the same box of 10 on Amazon for $30.

When I contacted them about the discrepancy, Serfinity stood by sending me one wipe for $9.95 plus $4.95 shipping. Very good product but miserable… Very good product but miserable service. My first order took months to straighten out with communication being all but non existent. When the brace arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. When I reordered the correct size the delivery was much better however to this day they have made it impossible to return the original. Extremely lousy service.
