GBI received the wrong product I received the wrong product. I called, emailed, sent pictures and followed up for my refund many times with no luck. Finally I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My experience was horrible and their inability to solve a simple issue was very frustrating!

GBBad bad people. Stay away! I ordered surface disinfecting wipes based on the description as 50 count. They sent me one count. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, Serfinity stood by sending me one wipe for $9.95 plus $4.95 shipping. Serfinity practices deception and price gouging in the face of a public health crisis. Bad bad people. Stay away! UPDATE: Vendor – thank you for apologizing for the “confusion.“ I have been unable by phone, email, or your website to get instructions to return this item. Please back up your apology by telling me how to return this item for a refund.

They sent part of my orders and informed me that the rest of the order are in back order. I received a few days later as soon as the got them in stock. Very happy and highly recommended.

GBI don't know... I'll cut them some slack, because they had stellar reviews before the pandemic & less than savory reviews only after we all came to a screeching halt. I do not, however, appreciate the fact that it was April 7th when I play the order and was under the impression that I was buying in stock ready to ship items. I ordered my items because I needed them ASAP not 6 weeks after I placed the order. I emailed 6 times since April 14th. I got 2 responses. 1st response on April 20th Someone stated to me that they were on back order would ship May 20th. Second response April 28th states that my items will ship May 3rd... Customer Service and Response are wholly inadequate. .

GBVery good product but miserable… Very good product but miserable service. My first order took months to straighten out with communication being all but non existent. When the brace arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. When I reordered the correct size the delivery was much better however to this day they have made it impossible to return the original. Extremely lousy service.
