GBI am very thankful that my order… I am very thankful that my order arrived today within a great time frame. I do agree that the customer service is very slow and non-respondent. But maybe we should cut them some slack during this crisis . Looks like the earlier reviews were great.

They sent part of my orders and informed me that the rest of the order are in back order. I received a few days later as soon as the got them in stock. Very happy and highly recommended.

GBSHAME ON YOU! I am register nurse. Placed an order for a protective gown. Still haven't received a confirmation on Shipping. How CRUEL in a time like this. Lives are being lost for anyone to come up with a scheme to scam people. Most important some of the people are FRONTLINE HEALTHCARE WORKERS. SHAME ON YOU!!

GBThis company is a joke! This company is a joke!! Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a NG tube for my son, never shipped it out. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money. They said they would and than sent me a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it was delivered to someone in California when I live in Indiana. Once again I put in a request for cancellation and still haven't heard anything back!
