Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. Purchase of the web and email hosting… Purchase of the web and email hosting was easy and the price was good. I have had a few occasions to seek support as I moved my web site to the new host and get DNS configured properly and the support has been very good.

Been with Moniker a LONG time I've been with Moniker since they were called "Domain Systems." They've had their ups and downs, had some great and not-so-great employees, but overall I've been happy enough to stay with them all of these years. As an example, today I asked to expedite a domain transfer and support took care of it within 30 minutes. Yes, it would be better if I could do this on my own, but at least the option to expedite is available. Overall, no complaints.

Unexpectedly Great Support reached out to moniker tech support asking for help updating a PTR record. Whatever that is? They responded quickly, pointed me in the right direction to find it and installed it for me without skipping a beat! Great human based service in this day of chat bots in AI. I highly recommend them.
