GBTop Tier Customer Service I just had an issue with Sender Domain Policies that we're easily able to fix with the help of Moniker Support. The customer support was top notch. They were super knowledgable and quick to respond. If I ever have DNS issues again I have full confidence that I'll be able to get the support I'm looking for.

GBGreat company Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. GBBeen with Moniker a LONG time I've been with Moniker since they were called "Domain Systems." They've had their ups and downs, had some great and not-so-great employees, but overall I've been happy enough to stay with them all of these years. As an example, today I asked to expedite a domain transfer and support took care of it within 30 minutes. Yes, it would be better if I could do this on my own, but at least the option to expedite is available. Overall, no complaints.

CNGreat service support! Due to some reasons, I had to migrate my domain name service from Moniker to aliyun, I forgot to export DNS zone before migration, and I had trouble with aliyun, fortunately I got the support from Moniker and solved the problem, thank you very much!

ROGood service at Moniker The guys at Moniker were nice and helpful, they also gave me a cool discount for having quite a few domains there. I moved away from godaddy, since their prices are too big.
