In addition, I cant say enough about the great customer service they offer, very patient and a clear good will to help. I would like to thank specially Ivan Gonzalez from the support team who saved no efforts to help me with some server setup. Been with Moniker a LONG time I've been with Moniker since they were called "Domain Systems." They've had their ups and downs, had some great and not-so-great employees, but overall I've been happy enough to stay with them all of these years. As an example, today I asked to expedite a domain transfer and support took care of it within 30 minutes. Yes, it would be better if I could do this on my own, but at least the option to expedite is available. Overall, no complaints.
