AVOID Moniker!! Currently (April, 2024), I use four Internet Domain registrars, including Moniker. Of these four IDRs, Moniker is BY FAR the worst. On many occasions, I cannot access their website, not even for the purpose of logging-in! Furthermore, when I complain to their technical support staff, the response that I receive is wholly inadequate, even when I attach a screenshot that shows the problem that I encounter when trying to access the website.

The phone number tel:1-844-760-0251 always leads us to a human voice upon the first answer, so no waiting or incessant “press 1...” to connect with assistance. Amazing in this world today.

Great company Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. Great service support! Due to some reasons, I had to migrate my domain name service from Moniker to aliyun, I forgot to export DNS zone before migration, and I had trouble with aliyun, fortunately I got the support from Moniker and solved the problem, thank you very much!
