Top Tier Customer Service I just had an issue with Sender Domain Policies that we're easily able to fix with the help of Moniker Support. The customer support was top notch. They were super knowledgable and quick to respond. If I ever have DNS issues again I have full confidence that I'll be able to get the support I'm looking for.

I have been a Moniker client for a few…Years I have been a Moniker client for a few years now, their service has always been stable, I didnt experience down times like I had with previous hosts, and the value for money is great. In addition, I cant say enough about the great customer service they offer, very patient and a clear good will to help. I would like to thank specially Ivan Gonzalez from the support team who saved no efforts to help me with some server setup. Been with Moniker a LONG time I've been with Moniker since they were called "Domain Systems." They've had their ups and downs, had some great and not-so-great employees, but overall I've been happy enough to stay with them all of these years. As an example, today I asked to expedite a domain transfer and support took care of it within 30 minutes. Yes, it would be better if I could do this on my own, but at least the option to expedite is available. Overall, no complaints.

Moniker used to be a good registrar - not any more and OVRPRICED! Moniker used to be a good domain registrar. Like everyone else they think they have to re-design their website, make it look different, flashy and "new".... and then charge you 30% more. I have over 100 domains with them and I will now be shopping around for a new registrar.
