Great company Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. Unexpectedly Great Support reached out to moniker tech support asking for help updating a PTR record. Whatever that is? They responded quickly, pointed me in the right direction to find it and installed it for me without skipping a beat! Great human based service in this day of chat bots in AI. I highly recommend them.

AVOID Moniker!! Currently (April, 2024), I use four Internet Domain registrars, including Moniker. Of these four IDRs, Moniker is BY FAR the worst. On many occasions, I cannot access their website, not even for the purpose of logging-in! Furthermore, when I complain to their technical support staff, the response that I receive is wholly inadequate, even when I attach a screenshot that shows the problem that I encounter when trying to access the website.

Top Tier Customer Service I just had an issue with Sender Domain Policies that we're easily able to fix with the help of Moniker Support. The customer support was top notch. They were super knowledgable and quick to respond. If I ever have DNS issues again I have full confidence that I'll be able to get the support I'm looking for.

They're working hard so you don't have to I hardly ever think about our host services - because they run so smoothly they don't need my attention. However, when issues arise, usually due to changes with our website SaaS or Google updates, Moniker is always available to offer help. They are easy to work with, explain solutions without using techie lingo, and I have yet to have an issue they couldn't solve. They also follow up during and after the process and I greatly appreciate this!
