Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. GBMoniker used to be a good registrar - not any more and OVRPRICED! Moniker used to be a good domain registrar. Like everyone else they think they have to re-design their website, make it look different, flashy and "new".... and then charge you 30% more. I have over 100 domains with them and I will now be shopping around for a new registrar.

GBAVOID Moniker!! Currently (April, 2024), I use four Internet Domain registrars, including Moniker. Of these four IDRs, Moniker is BY FAR the worst. On many occasions, I cannot access their website, not even for the purpose of logging-in! Furthermore, when I complain to their technical support staff, the response that I receive is wholly inadequate, even when I attach a screenshot that shows the problem that I encounter when trying to access the website.
