GBBeen with Moniker a LONG time I've been with Moniker since they were called "Domain Systems." They've had their ups and downs, had some great and not-so-great employees, but overall I've been happy enough to stay with them all of these years. As an example, today I asked to expedite a domain transfer and support took care of it within 30 minutes. Yes, it would be better if I could do this on my own, but at least the option to expedite is available. Overall, no complaints.

GBAVOID Moniker!! Currently (April, 2024), I use four Internet Domain registrars, including Moniker. Of these four IDRs, Moniker is BY FAR the worst. On many occasions, I cannot access their website, not even for the purpose of logging-in! Furthermore, when I complain to their technical support staff, the response that I receive is wholly inadequate, even when I attach a screenshot that shows the problem that I encounter when trying to access the website.

GBGreat company Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below.
