EGI have been a Moniker client for a few…Years I have been a Moniker client for a few years now, their service has always been stable, I didnt experience down times like I had with previous hosts, and the value for money is great. In addition, I cant say enough about the great customer service they offer, very patient and a clear good will to help. I would like to thank specially Ivan Gonzalez from the support team who saved no efforts to help me with some server setup. Would very highly recommend Moniker for their stability and great customer service

GBTop Tier Customer Service I just had an issue with Sender Domain Policies that we're easily able to fix with the help of Moniker Support. The customer support was top notch. They were super knowledgable and quick to respond. If I ever have DNS issues again I have full confidence that I'll be able to get the support I'm looking for.

GBUnexpectedly Great Support reached out to moniker tech support asking for help updating a PTR record. Whatever that is? They responded quickly, pointed me in the right direction to find it and installed it for me without skipping a beat! Great human based service in this day of chat bots in AI. I highly recommend them.

GBPurchase of the web and email hosting… Purchase of the web and email hosting was easy and the price was good. I have had a few occasions to seek support as I moved my web site to the new host and get DNS configured properly and the support has been very good.

CAThe guys at Moniker are really great! The guys at Moniker are really great! However, one of the third-party products they use is cPanel. We had a disastrous experience where our email would go out every day. A 99% failure rate. It was because one person in our organization had misconfigured their iPhone email account, but it took a week for cPanel to get back to Moniker with the answer. I sent Moniker emails every single day, and they responded promptly every single day. However, it took the folks at cPanel about a week to finally get the answer for us. It also seemed very odd that one email account with cPanel that wasn't set up properly could shut down all of the email accounts in the entire organization. Not good. Anyway, the folks at Moniker were always responsive to my pleas for help. And in the end, we did find a solution. I have used Moniker for all my domain hosting needs for many years and have always appreciated the high level of professionalism and support they provide. Even in spite of the horrible experience I had setting up this new email system with cPanel, the folks at Moniker were great and are highly recommended!
