In addition, I cant say enough about the great customer service they offer, very patient and a clear good will to help. I would like to thank specially Ivan Gonzalez from the support team who saved no efforts to help me with some server setup. Would very highly recommend Moniker for their stability and great customer service

They're working hard so you don't have to I hardly ever think about our host services - because they run so smoothly they don't need my attention. However, when issues arise, usually due to changes with our website SaaS or Google updates, Moniker is always available to offer help. They are easy to work with, explain solutions without using techie lingo, and I have yet to have an issue they couldn't solve. They also follow up during and after the process and I greatly appreciate this!
