Great company Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. Been with Moniker a LONG time I've been with Moniker since they were called "Domain Systems." They've had their ups and downs, had some great and not-so-great employees, but overall I've been happy enough to stay with them all of these years. As an example, today I asked to expedite a domain transfer and support took care of it within 30 minutes. Yes, it would be better if I could do this on my own, but at least the option to expedite is available. Overall, no complaints.

Moniker used to be a good registrar - not any more and OVRPRICED! Moniker used to be a good domain registrar. Like everyone else they think they have to re-design their website, make it look different, flashy and "new".... and then charge you 30% more. I have over 100 domains with them and I will now be shopping around for a new registrar.

AVOID Moniker!! Currently (April, 2024), I use four Internet Domain registrars, including Moniker. Of these four IDRs, Moniker is BY FAR the worst. On many occasions, I cannot access their website, not even for the purpose of logging-in! Furthermore, when I complain to their technical support staff, the response that I receive is wholly inadequate, even when I attach a screenshot that shows the problem that I encounter when trying to access the website.
