GBUnexpectedly Great Support reached out to moniker tech support asking for help updating a PTR record. Whatever that is? They responded quickly, pointed me in the right direction to find it and installed it for me without skipping a beat! Great human based service in this day of chat bots in AI. GBAVOID Moniker!! Currently (April, 2024), I use four Internet Domain registrars, including Moniker. Of these four IDRs, Moniker is BY FAR the worst. On many occasions, I cannot access their website, not even for the purpose of logging-in! Furthermore, when I complain to their technical support staff, the response that I receive is wholly inadequate, even when I attach a screenshot that shows the problem that I encounter when trying to access the website.
