I was looking for responsive support… I was looking for responsive support with great resources and I found it in this program. I attribute my growth and success to this program.

Artificial sweetener exit I've been working with Shenelle since November of 2023. I had my surgery in Mexico so I don't have a team here to guide me through. I was addicted to sugar then artificial sweeteners. We did a metabolic reset/ASE (artificial sweetener exit) I'm mid way through week 4 and I am completely off artificial sweeteners and I have adopted a healthy whole food, plan based diet that I wouldn't have started if I didn't have this group. I just keep learning more and more and I also have amazing support.

I have been enrolled in the Bariatric… I have been enrolled in the Bariatric Rewrite Academy since November and I just can't say enough good things about it! I never thought I would be able to lose the weight that I have regained but I am down at least 25lbs thanks to this program and Shenelle and Seda. I was part of a 3mo post op group starting in November and things have continued to grow and get better since then. Now we have yoga classes and fantastic speakers like Vera Tarman (author of Food Junkies) in addition to nutrition lessons on our zoom meetings which are 3 times a week. We also have times set aside for food log reviews and get help learning how to log our food I wish I had been a part of this program sooner and am so thankful for Shenelle and Seda and our entire program!

ASE - Artificial Sugar Exit with Shenielle Grateful for the valuable information learned in the ASE (Artificial Sugar Exit) program with Shenielle. So many influencers on Social Media preaching, but Shenielle has the knowledge, information, skills and wisdom others lack. Her programs work. I was one of the newest patients and members and the timing of finding her will help me immensely along my journey. So very grateful. Down 11 pounds, more if I had exercised more, but it’s a win in the marathon. I got the assignment!

Bariatric rewrite This community has been so supportive and welcoming for me and along with so many others who have joined. I am also in ASE (artificial sugar exit) and I don’t hear the food noise anymore. I have more confidence than I did prior to joining this group. I love how I can go to Shenelle or Seda and they will find the answer! The love and support of this community is so strong and we all help each other through that process.
