ASE is EYE OPENING The Artificial Sweetener Exit program opened my eyes to all the chemicals and various types of sugars that are in high protein items like "health" bars! Shenelle shares her expansive knowledge and led me through this challenge that helped me let go of 10 more pounds! The knowledge I gained is helping me make better choices for myself and for my family!

Thanks to the ASE challenge I took Shanelle up on the ASE challenge and I am so glad I did. It was tough the first week but gradually my energy continued to increase and my hunger decreased. I just feel so much better it is insane. I also learned by stopping dairy for two weeks then restarting that my body does NOT actually like dairy! I have also lost 11 pounds!!!! I plan to sustain this lifestyle as much as I possibly can. Thank you for hosting the challenge Shanelle! And thanks to the support group I had in the others doing it along with me!
