Invaluable resource for your bariatric journey The Bariatricrewrite Academy lead by Shenelle Coplien is an incredible resource for anyone who has had, or is preparing for bariatric surgery. There are 3 nutrition calls a week, a group chat, and a whole community of support. Shenelle has a no-nonsense approach in her coaching, but is always warm and positive. She is a wealth of information and has built an incredible support system for her clients. 10/10 recommend. If you need any help on your wls journey, take a leap and join the academy!

Thanks to the ASE challenge I took Shanelle up on the ASE challenge and I am so glad I did. It was tough the first week but gradually my energy continued to increase and my hunger decreased. I just feel so much better it is insane. I also learned by stopping dairy for two weeks then restarting that my body does NOT actually like dairy! I have also lost 11 pounds!!!! I plan to sustain this lifestyle as much as I possibly can. Thank you for hosting the challenge Shanelle! And thanks to the support group I had in the others doing it along with me!

Academy I have been in the Bariatric Rewrite Acadeny for 2 months now! The support provided by the community chat is amazing! Someone is also available to pick you up and understands what your going through. The 3x weekly zoom calls have provided me so much information and helped me continue in my weight loss journey in a positive direction. Can't wait to join some of the other offerings that are available!
