The ASE Program is a game changer!! When I started on the ASE program I was just at the stage after surgery where cravings were happening, stalls were very prominent, and my diet was surrounded by almost ALL Ultra Processed foods that were chock-full of artificial sweeteners. After being on ASE for almost 30 days I have ZERO cravings, I now look for healthy foods like fruits and veggies when I am hungry. My hair STOPPED falling out and I have tons of regrowth. But most of all I GAINED CONFIDENCE in myself. Shenelle is your girl if you really want a path to success for the future.

Someone is also available to pick you up and understands what your going through. The 3x weekly zoom calls have provided me so much information and helped me continue in my weight loss journey in a positive direction.
