Dharma allowed a fraudulent terminal to be created with our merchant ID, without verifying its authenticity with us the owners. As a result, our account was hit with fraudulent refunds in excess of $3,000 until Dharma noticed and finally put in security, 3 MONTHS LATER. Even so, they NEVER told us about the breach, instead reprogramming our terminal and reissuing our merchant ID without any explanation as to why. When we noticed the incongruous charges, they claimed it is OUR responsibility for the funds, not theirs. They are on very shakey legal ground here. SOMETHING VERY BAD IS HAPPENING AT DHARMA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
