Everything has been perfect so far We've only been with Dharma for a couple of weeks but, in that short time, the customer support has been top-notch. We asked a bunch of questions before signing up and they answered all questions promptly, courteously, and comprehensively. Unlike other merchant account providers, Dharma is completely up-front and transparent with their fees. As for funding, Dharma is faster than our former provider and there haven't been any batch failures.

Dharma delivers what they promise Dharma delivers what they promise - Great processing rates, no hidden fees or charges quietly added to my bill. Integrity and honesty are difficult to find in the merchant service world. Dharma also has good staff support. Being a bookkeeper, I have dealt with many different processors in different types of business. Dharma is definitely the best.

Dharma's customer service is pretty… Dharma's customer service is pretty amazing. There's no phone trees or virtual assistants, or operators with heavy accents. Someone just answers the phone and fixes your problems or answers your questions in a couple of minutes. Their prices or great, too. I've used them for about 5 years, and don't plan on switching anytime soon.

The people at Dharma are ridiculously… The people at Dharma are ridiculously easy to work with!! This part of running a business is never fun, nor is it easy to understand, but all the wonderful people at Dharma make it relatively pain free! Honest, friendly, responsive are words I would use to describe them. It's like working with your favorite family members! Talk to them...give them a try (no contracts) - you won't regret it!
