Previously used First Data and Switched Previously used First Data with Suntrust. Switched to Dharma. Transition was seamless. No issues at all. Staff loved the customer support. Honest people. Transparent. Better price and contract. Millions of times better than First Data.

This part of running a business is never fun, nor is it easy to understand, but all the wonderful people at Dharma make it relatively pain free! Everything has been perfect so far We've only been with Dharma for a couple of weeks but, in that short time, the customer support has been top-notch. We asked a bunch of questions before signing up and they answered all questions promptly, courteously, and comprehensively. Unlike other merchant account providers, Dharma is completely up-front and transparent with their fees. As for funding, Dharma is faster than our former provider and there haven't been any batch failures.
