They've always been available to answer my questions promptly and never once failed to find a solution. Dharma is, by FAR, the best Internet company I've worked with. Today was no different and I decided to take the time to sing their praise. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needed their services.

The people at Dharma are ridiculously… The people at Dharma are ridiculously easy to work with!! This part of running a business is never fun, nor is it easy to understand, but all the wonderful people at Dharma make it relatively pain free! Honest, friendly, responsive are words I would use to describe them. It's like working with your favorite family members! Talk to them...give them a try (no contracts) - you won't regret it!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Very sketchy mishandling of our account. Dharma allowed a fraudulent terminal to be created with our merchant ID, without verifying its authenticity with us the owners. As a result, our account was hit with fraudulent refunds in excess of $3,000 until Dharma noticed and finally put in security, 3 MONTHS LATER. Even so, they NEVER told us about the breach, instead reprogramming our terminal and reissuing our merchant ID without any explanation as to why. When we noticed the incongruous charges, they claimed it is OUR responsibility for the funds, not theirs. They are on very shakey legal ground here. SOMETHING VERY BAD IS HAPPENING AT DHARMA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We were looking to change our processor… We were looking to change our processor because we were upgrading our IT systems. While searching, we were looking for a processor that services NFPs by providing competitive rates and has support modern technology. Dharma was recommended to us by another NFP and it turned out to be a great choice. We got great tech support as we upgraded our systems to work in harmony with processor and got a rate that is about a third less of what we paid with previous processor. We have a dedicated contract person who is an email away and is quick to respond. I would recommend this processor to NFP that is looking for a CC processor.

Dharma's customer service is pretty… Dharma's customer service is pretty amazing. There's no phone trees or virtual assistants, or operators with heavy accents. Someone just answers the phone and fixes your problems or answers your questions in a couple of minutes. Their prices or great, too. I've used them for about 5 years, and don't plan on switching anytime soon.
