Also get the impression that their rates will not change as long as interchange remains the same. Others lowered there regular monthly fee and actually came out slightly less, but I didn't want to make the change only to find things change afterwards.

Integrity and honesty are difficult to find in the merchant service world. Dharma also has good staff support. Being a bookkeeper, I have dealt with many different processors in different types of business. Dharma is definitely the best.

Dharma is topnotch! Dharma has been great to work with! The reps and support team have always been quick to respond and helpful in any way possible. I have found them to be trustworthy and honest. The rates are outstanding and the user interface for reconciling daily batches is very user-friendly and intuitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We haven't begun using them fully yet We haven't begun using them fully yet, but I was still confused on all the prices associated and what Dharma does compared to the needed accounts with MC Merchant and Authorize.net. As someone new to this, I guess I needed more step by step help. Looking forward to how it grows with us, however!
