Best processor by far in our 20 years of business We've had several processors over 20 years and Dharma is by far the best. Rates are very competitive, they don't go up unexpectedly, and customer service is great. Even better is the company's philosophy. Previously used First Data and Switched Previously used First Data with Suntrust. Switched to Dharma. Transition was seamless. No issues at all. Staff loved the customer support. Honest people. Transparent. Better price and contract. Millions of times better than First Data.

The people at Dharma are ridiculously… The people at Dharma are ridiculously easy to work with!! This part of running a business is never fun, nor is it easy to understand, but all the wonderful people at Dharma make it relatively pain free! Honest, friendly, responsive are words I would use to describe them. It's like working with your favorite family members! Talk to them...give them a try (no contracts) - you won't regret it!

As someone new to this, I guess I needed more step by step help. Looking forward to how it grows with us, however!
