My overall experience with Dharma has… My overall experience with Dharma has been great so far (new user as of 12/14/19) but I specifically want to call out Trace Wendell for his outstanding customer service and support. He was able to set up my account within the time frame allowed to ensure I was up and running when I needed to be. He is an asset to your company and your customers. Thank you, Trace!

Dharma is the Best Company I've Ever Worked With I've been a client of Dharma Merchant Services for over 9 years. They've always been available to answer my questions promptly and never once failed to find a solution. Dharma is, by FAR, the best Internet company I've worked with. Today was no different and I decided to take the time to sing their praise. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needed their services.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Very sketchy mishandling of our account. Dharma allowed a fraudulent terminal to be created with our merchant ID, without verifying its authenticity with us the owners. As a result, our account was hit with fraudulent refunds in excess of $3,000 until Dharma noticed and finally put in security, 3 MONTHS LATER. Even so, they NEVER told us about the breach, instead reprogramming our terminal and reissuing our merchant ID without any explanation as to why. When we noticed the incongruous charges, they claimed it is OUR responsibility for the funds, not theirs. They are on very shakey legal ground here. SOMETHING VERY BAD IS HAPPENING AT DHARMA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We haven't begun using them fully yet We haven't begun using them fully yet, but I was still confused on all the prices associated and what Dharma does compared to the needed accounts with MC Merchant and Authorize.net. As someone new to this, I guess I needed more step by step help. Looking forward to how it grows with us, however!

Overall Smooth Transition It can be time consuming changing payment providers, but overall a smooth experience. Good service. Like the transparent pricing which is difficult to find in this space. Also get the impression that their rates will not change as long as interchange remains the same. Others lowered there regular monthly fee and actually came out slightly less, but I didn't want to make the change only to find things change afterwards.
