GBWe were looking to change our processor… We were looking to change our processor because we were upgrading our IT systems. While searching, we were looking for a processor that services NFPs by providing competitive rates and has support modern technology. Dharma was recommended to us by another NFP and it turned out to be a great choice. We got great tech support as we upgraded our systems to work in harmony with processor and got a rate that is about a third less of what we paid with previous processor. We have a dedicated contract person who is an email away and is quick to respond. I would recommend this processor to NFP that is looking for a CC processor.
