GBDharma's customer service is pretty… Dharma's customer service is pretty amazing. There's no phone trees or virtual assistants, or operators with heavy accents. Someone just answers the phone and fixes your problems or answers your questions in a couple of minutes. Their prices or great, too. I've used them for about 5 years, and don't plan on switching anytime soon.

Integrity and honesty are difficult to find in the merchant service world. Dharma also has good staff support. Being a bookkeeper, I have dealt with many different processors in different types of business. Dharma is definitely the best.
