Integrity and honesty are difficult to find in the merchant service world. Dharma also has good staff support. Everything has been perfect so far We've only been with Dharma for a couple of weeks but, in that short time, the customer support has been top-notch. We asked a bunch of questions before signing up and they answered all questions promptly, courteously, and comprehensively. Unlike other merchant account providers, Dharma is completely up-front and transparent with their fees. As for funding, Dharma is faster than our former provider and there haven't been any batch failures.
