GBDharma's customer service is pretty… Dharma's customer service is pretty amazing. There's no phone trees or virtual assistants, or operators with heavy accents. Someone just answers the phone and fixes your problems or answers your questions in a couple of minutes. Their prices or great, too. I've used them for about 5 years, and don't plan on switching anytime soon.

GBOverall Smooth Transition It can be time consuming changing payment providers, but overall a smooth experience. Good service. Like the transparent pricing which is difficult to find in this space. Also get the impression that their rates will not change as long as interchange remains the same. Others lowered there regular monthly fee and actually came out slightly less, but I didn't want to make the change only to find things change afterwards.

GBBest processor by far in our 20 years of business We've had several processors over 20 years and Dharma is by far the best. Rates are very competitive, they don't go up unexpectedly, and customer service is great. Even better is the company's philosophy. GBWe were looking to change our processor… We were looking to change our processor because we were upgrading our IT systems. While searching, we were looking for a processor that services NFPs by providing competitive rates and has support modern technology. Dharma was recommended to us by another NFP and it turned out to be a great choice. We got great tech support as we upgraded our systems to work in harmony with processor and got a rate that is about a third less of what we paid with previous processor. We have a dedicated contract person who is an email away and is quick to respond. I would recommend this processor to NFP that is looking for a CC processor.
