GBDharma delivers what they promise Dharma delivers what they promise - Great processing rates, no hidden fees or charges quietly added to my bill. Integrity and honesty are difficult to find in the merchant service world. Dharma also has good staff support. Being a bookkeeper, I have dealt with many different processors in different types of business. Dharma is definitely the best.

GBAVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Very sketchy mishandling of our account. Dharma allowed a fraudulent terminal to be created with our merchant ID, without verifying its authenticity with us the owners. As a result, our account was hit with fraudulent refunds in excess of $3,000 until Dharma noticed and finally put in security, 3 MONTHS LATER. Even so, they NEVER told us about the breach, instead reprogramming our terminal and reissuing our merchant ID without any explanation as to why. When we noticed the incongruous charges, they claimed it is OUR responsibility for the funds, not theirs. They are on very shakey legal ground here. SOMETHING VERY BAD IS HAPPENING AT DHARMA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GBPreviously used First Data and Switched Previously used First Data with Suntrust. Switched to Dharma. Transition was seamless. No issues at all. Staff loved the customer support. Honest people. Transparent. Better price and contract. Millions of times better than First Data.

GBDharma is topnotch! Dharma has been great to work with! The reps and support team have always been quick to respond and helpful in any way possible. I have found them to be trustworthy and honest. The rates are outstanding and the user interface for reconciling daily batches is very user-friendly and intuitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GBWe haven't begun using them fully yet We haven't begun using them fully yet, but I was still confused on all the prices associated and what Dharma does compared to the needed accounts with MC Merchant and Authorize.net. As someone new to this, I guess I needed more step by step help. Looking forward to how it grows with us, however!
