GBDharma's customer service is pretty… Dharma's customer service is pretty amazing. There's no phone trees or virtual assistants, or operators with heavy accents. Someone just answers the phone and fixes your problems or answers your questions in a couple of minutes. Their prices or great, too. I've used them for about 5 years, and don't plan on switching anytime soon.

Rates are very competitive, they don't go up unexpectedly, and customer service is great. Even better is the company's philosophy.
