USDharma's customer service is pretty… Dharma's customer service is pretty amazing. There's no phone trees or virtual assistants, or operators with heavy accents. Someone just answers the phone and fixes your problems or answers your questions in a couple of minutes. Their prices or great, too. I've used them for about 5 years, and don't plan on switching anytime soon.

This part of running a business is never fun, nor is it easy to understand, but all the wonderful people at Dharma make it relatively pain free! Honest, friendly, responsive are words I would use to describe them. It's like working with your favorite family members! Talk to them...give them a try (no contracts) - you won't regret it!

USPreviously used First Data and Switched Previously used First Data with Suntrust. Switched to Dharma. Transition was seamless. No issues at all. Staff loved the customer support. Honest people. Transparent. Better price and contract. Millions of times better than First Data.
