Rates are very competitive, they don't go up unexpectedly, and customer service is great. Even better is the company's philosophy. This part of running a business is never fun, nor is it easy to understand, but all the wonderful people at Dharma make it relatively pain free! Honest, friendly, responsive are words I would use to describe them. It's like working with your favorite family members! Talk to them...give them a try (no contracts) - you won't regret it!

As someone new to this, I guess I needed more step by step help. Looking forward to how it grows with us, however!
