As someone new to this, I guess I needed more step by step help. Looking forward to how it grows with us, however!

We were looking to change our processor… We were looking to change our processor because we were upgrading our IT systems. While searching, we were looking for a processor that services NFPs by providing competitive rates and has support modern technology. Dharma was recommended to us by another NFP and it turned out to be a great choice. We got great tech support as we upgraded our systems to work in harmony with processor and got a rate that is about a third less of what we paid with previous processor. We have a dedicated contract person who is an email away and is quick to respond. I would recommend this processor to NFP that is looking for a CC processor.

My overall experience with Dharma has… My overall experience with Dharma has been great so far (new user as of 12/14/19) but I specifically want to call out Trace Wendell for his outstanding customer service and support. Awesome Service We joined Dharma recently--the service has smooth and a great experience. I really like their transparent pricing model and their willingness to help solve our issues.

Everything has been perfect so far We've only been with Dharma for a couple of weeks but, in that short time, the customer support has been top-notch. We asked a bunch of questions before signing up and they answered all questions promptly, courteously, and comprehensively. Unlike other merchant account providers, Dharma is completely up-front and transparent with their fees. As for funding, Dharma is faster than our former provider and there haven't been any batch failures.
