Rates are very competitive, they don't go up unexpectedly, and customer service is great. Even better is the company's philosophy. Overall Smooth Transition It can be time consuming changing payment providers, but overall a smooth experience. Good service. Like the transparent pricing which is difficult to find in this space. Also get the impression that their rates will not change as long as interchange remains the same. Others lowered there regular monthly fee and actually came out slightly less, but I didn't want to make the change only to find things change afterwards.

Dharma is topnotch! Dharma has been great to work with! The reps and support team have always been quick to respond and helpful in any way possible. I have found them to be trustworthy and honest. The rates are outstanding and the user interface for reconciling daily batches is very user-friendly and intuitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
