Very easy to setup... Ordered on Wednesday and was informed it would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, Saturday morning it was on my front step.. Followed the instructions that were enclosed and setup was a piece of cake!! The lady that answered the test was very nice and helpful....I will spread the word and recommend......

Simple Set Up I first called to ask questions. The rep was not pushy at all. I completed my order on line and another representative called me back to finish my order. Both were very knowledgeable. Once I received the order within a few days, the set up was quick and simple. When I pushed the button the 1st time to make the emergency call to verify the system was working, the rep answered promptly and she helped me test the system out all over our house including outside. I highly recommend.

The service just called and my husband is on his way to help his mom. Not only did they ask how much time it will take for us to respond. They also asked if they could call back and follow up. They have been extremely helpful with… They have been extremely helpful with getting the system for my mother. Unfortunately before the system arrived my mother fell and broke her hip and is now back in the hospital then back to rehab. They said just mark refused on the package and I will get a full refund.
