Very easy to setup... Ordered on Wednesday and was informed it would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, Saturday morning it was on my front step.. Followed the instructions that were enclosed and setup was a piece of cake!! The lady that answered the test was very nice and helpful....I will spread the word and recommend......

She was paying $1000 a year for the other system and Senior Safety is only $30/month. On-line registration was easy and set up and testing the system was simple. The customer service rep even turned up the volume on the system so my mother could hear.
