GBExtremely poor service from caregiver… Extremely poor service from caregiver representative. He doesn’t return phone calls. Can’t understand respite care person answering phone; very poor English. Extremely confusing paperwork sent to member and caregiver. Keep being told to disregard emails. Well why send them in the first place if I don’t need them.

I like how easy it is to get the information that I need once. I have a question when I first came on board. I liked how easy it was to call someone and get information. GBOkay! but have problems getting in Easy to log in and out If the CareLinx system is down for maintenance, can someone send an email to caregivers that this happening. I had to uninstall the app several times to be able to log in for client, but to no avail then proceeded to call the the office for help and that's how I learned that the system was down for several hours.
