GBI am enjoying working with the clients I am enjoying working with the clients. I have been blessed with wonderful people in a wonderful environment. The only thing is I feel it takes a while to get paid once timesheets are submitted. But I'm hoping once I've worked for these clients for a while pay will be more consistent. I'm grateful for this opportunity to work with Carelinx and it's clients.

GBApp is confusing App is confusing. My pay is confusing and delayed. The time clock that times my shifts shorts me. By lagging or stopping when I put my phone down to work. This app is horrible. I hate using it to get paid Absolutely HATE it.

GBThankful & Grateful... Once I was granted 16hrs of respite thru EDF, the cordinator Jerica, from CareLinx, immediately contacted me. She explained the process and addressed any concerns / questions I had. She worked with me so patiently and professionally from beginning to the end. We SECURED a dedicated and compatable Caregiver for my husband. The 16hrs were used over 8 days, (Aug 4- Aug 11, 2023), which allowed me to take a Much Needed respite

GBVirtually impossible to contact… Virtually impossible to contact Carelynx supervisor. Unreliable service from helpers,leaving me hanging with no help when I need it the most! Something is wrong with the entire process!
