USExtremely poor service from caregiver… Extremely poor service from caregiver representative. He doesn’t return phone calls. Can’t understand respite care person answering phone; very poor English. Extremely confusing paperwork sent to member and caregiver. Keep being told to disregard emails. Well why send them in the first place if I don’t need them.

USApp is confusing App is confusing. My pay is confusing and delayed. The time clock that times my shifts shorts me. By lagging or stopping when I put my phone down to work. This app is horrible. I hate using it to get paid Absolutely HATE it.
