GBExtremely poor service from caregiver… Extremely poor service from caregiver representative. He doesn’t return phone calls. Can’t understand respite care person answering phone; very poor English. Extremely confusing paperwork sent to member and caregiver. Keep being told to disregard emails. Well why send them in the first place if I don’t need them.

GBDeshay helped me declutter Deshay was very helpful with housekeeping tasks that I needed help with. She also accompanied me on two trips to Goodwill where she both loaded and unloaded my car. She really did not have to interact with my husband as his regular caretaker was also on duty.

GBVirtually impossible to contact… Virtually impossible to contact Carelynx supervisor. Unreliable service from helpers,leaving me hanging with no help when I need it the most! Something is wrong with the entire process!

GBCarelinx lies about incentives. There are none! I am beginning to see why the clients are in despair over this company. They can not get answers and when they do get answers the answers may or my not be true. I have waited months for incentives that were pitched to me to encourage me to take certain clients and or shifts. There is virtually no support for these incentives. You can not see where they have been accepted or rejected. You can not see wether they are in a process are not. Various agents may tel you this or that and I am beginning to understand that these incentives do not exist at all. I believe that Carelinx is lying about the incentives. I also believe that at some point caregivers wil not be paid for services rendered. I have been waiting a week for a client to approve a time sheet. It is already time to go back to the client for another visit.

GBI am enjoying working with the clients I am enjoying working with the clients. I have been blessed with wonderful people in a wonderful environment. The only thing is I feel it takes a while to get paid once timesheets are submitted. But I'm hoping once I've worked for these clients for a while pay will be more consistent. I'm grateful for this opportunity to work with Carelinx and it's clients.
