GBExtremely poor service from caregiver… Extremely poor service from caregiver representative. He doesn’t return phone calls. Can’t understand respite care person answering phone; very poor English. Extremely confusing paperwork sent to member and caregiver. Keep being told to disregard emails. Well why send them in the first place if I don’t need them.

I like how easy it is to get the information that I need once. I have a question when I first came on board. I liked how easy it was to call someone and get information.
