She explained the process and addressed any concerns / questions I had. She worked with me so patiently and professionally from beginning to the end. We SECURED a dedicated and compatable Caregiver for my husband. The 16hrs were used over 8 days, (Aug 4- Aug 11, 2023), which allowed me to take a Much Needed respite

GBExtremely poor service from caregiver… Extremely poor service from caregiver representative. He doesn’t return phone calls. Can’t understand respite care person answering phone; very poor English. Extremely confusing paperwork sent to member and caregiver. Keep being told to disregard emails. Well why send them in the first place if I don’t need them.
