"Great" Care Indeed! I have been working with Care Indeed for more than a year now and have found their service and staff exemplary! I have a very challenging disabled adult child that requires round the clock care. Management and staff have been great. In particular, Joett, Luigi and Martin have done a great job making sure my daughter has the care she needs. Communication avenues are solid. I started by adding them in part time, it was not long before we decided to use Care Indeed 100%! Today we have a wonderful main, full time care giver that regularly exceeds our expectation for good care - maybe name change to "Great" Care Indeed! So grateful for this agency and it's staff!

Absolutely a top notch health care company Care Indeed comes with my highest recommendation for in home health care. We employed Care Indeed's service for over four years for our mother who was in varying states of health over the years. Having tried other services without much luck, we turned to Care Indeed who met every requirement. They provided professional, warm, and truly caring employees that were instrumental in providing our mother a better quality of life that undoubtedly contributed to her marked improvement in health. Not only did they meet her daily health care needs, they also provided much needed companionship and blended well with our family structure . Should we ever need in home health care in the future, Care Indeed will be the only service we will call.

Administrative Mess The care givers that Care Indeed have been of mixed quality. Some of them are excellent and some of them just want to stare at their phones all day. The most frustrating part of Care Indeed is their internal processes and customer support. Invoices are frequently inaccurate. Every bill is an adventure. In addition, they do not respond to emails or phone calls on a timely basis.

Great Service and Great Response I engaged Care Indeed to provide additional support for my Mom who was in Memory Care. She had been gaining weight since starting a new medication and the memory care facility wasn't able to provide her enough care. We needed help with getting Mom ready in the morning and with doing her PT exercises regularly. Care Indeed quickly helped to provide additional staff. The staff assisted with Mom's PT exercises and it was the first time at the Physical Therapist actually said that she made improvements. The staff Care Indeed provided appeared to be truly caring and my Mom really appreciated them.

The Management team and staff did an superb job in arranging the home care needs that I had requested once I was released from the hospital. The home care service was beyond my expectations, I was really impressed with the care staffs abilities and skills that was required to assist my needs.
