Care is excellent Care is excellent, and I have the best caregiver of all! However, I find their bookkeeping almost impossible to follow. It would be so much easier if I would get an end-of-the-month statement (like a credit card statement) rather than the bits and pieces of each visit within the month. It is a headache!

Excellent home care provider service Excellent home care provider service. The Management team and staff did an superb job in arranging the home care needs that I had requested once I was released from the hospital. The home care service was beyond my expectations, I was really impressed with the care staffs abilities and skills that was required to assist my needs. Awesome Home Care Provider Service, not to mentioned the rates were affordable and manageable financially. Go Care Indeed....God Bless

Care Indeed is a very good org for your caregiver needs, try them! Care Indeed is a professional and truly caring firm who was able to find the right caregiver in short notice. They have experienced and caring caregivers. they helped follow up on my request promptly and checked along the way how everything was going.

PROFESSIONALISM. THE MANAGERS I DEALT WITH,HANNA AND MARY, RAN A TIGHT SHIP, CLOSELY MONITORING AND ASSESSING THE ACTIVITIES AND WHEREABOUTS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. MOST DAYS WERE A NEW ADVENTURE, OFTEN REQUIRING QUICK CHANGES TO SCHEDULES, HOURS AND ACTIVITIES. HANNA AND MARY WERE CONSISTENTLY FLEXABLE AND SUPPORTIVE OF OUR CHANGING NEEDS. THE CAREGIVERS WERE GENERALLY WELL TRAINED AND HELPFUL. JACINTA/JEZZ WAS TRULY OUTSTANDING.

Good Caregivers. Spotty communication. Inefficient Scheduling. The care provided has been quite good, but scheduling efficiency has been poor. The reponse time to messages left on the ClearCare site has been very inconsistent. Every change in schedule has been rocky with numerous personnel changes prior to the event. It feels as if the agency is constantly scrambling to find workers. The care giving is obviously the most critical measure of a senior care agency, but needed improvements in the scheduling reduces my rating from a 4.5 to a 3.
