4 1/2 stars to them! I trust Careindeed very much. My 95 year old Mother is still getting used to becoming a widow. My Father passed last summer, 2015. They were together 64 years and have been in Menlo Park for at least 80 years. My Mom is proud and determined to stay at home and luckily my Dad made sure we had some resources for that. Careindeed has been so wonderful to my Mom! She has" company" 24/7 and the caregivers have been very attentive and helpful. My sisters and I appreciate the company very much.

Absolutely a top notch health care company Care Indeed comes with my highest recommendation for in home health care. We employed Care Indeed's service for over four years for our mother who was in varying states of health over the years. Having tried other services without much luck, we turned to Care Indeed who met every requirement. They provided professional, warm, and truly caring employees that were instrumental in providing our mother a better quality of life that undoubtedly contributed to her marked improvement in health. Not only did they meet her daily health care needs, they also provided much needed companionship and blended well with our family structure . Should we ever need in home health care in the future, Care Indeed will be the only service we will call.

"Great" Care Indeed! I have been working with Care Indeed for more than a year now and have found their service and staff exemplary! I have a very challenging disabled adult child that requires round the clock care. Management and staff have been great. In particular, Joett, Luigi and Martin have done a great job making sure my daughter has the care she needs. Communication avenues are solid. I started by adding them in part time, it was not long before we decided to use Care Indeed 100%! Today we have a wonderful main, full time care giver that regularly exceeds our expectation for good care - maybe name change to "Great" Care Indeed! So grateful for this agency and it's staff!

Care is excellent Care is excellent, and I have the best caregiver of all! However, I find their bookkeeping almost impossible to follow. It would be so much easier if I would get an end-of-the-month statement (like a credit card statement) rather than the bits and pieces of each visit within the month. It is a headache!

Good Caregivers. Spotty communication. Inefficient Scheduling. The care provided has been quite good, but scheduling efficiency has been poor. The reponse time to messages left on the ClearCare site has been very inconsistent. Every change in schedule has been rocky with numerous personnel changes prior to the event. It feels as if the agency is constantly scrambling to find workers. The care giving is obviously the most critical measure of a senior care agency, but needed improvements in the scheduling reduces my rating from a 4.5 to a 3.
