Very Satisfied The staff at Care Indeed has always been very responsive to our families changing needs. The caregivers are kind, well-trained, and on top of all situations. They stay in touch directly and through the office so that I always know what is going on with my father.

Great Service and Great Response I engaged Care Indeed to provide additional support for my Mom who was in Memory Care. She had been gaining weight since starting a new medication and the memory care facility wasn't able to provide her enough care. We needed help with getting Mom ready in the morning and with doing her PT exercises regularly. Care Indeed quickly helped to provide additional staff. The staff assisted with Mom's PT exercises and it was the first time at the Physical Therapist actually said that she made improvements. The staff Care Indeed provided appeared to be truly caring and my Mom really appreciated them.

4 1/2 stars to them! I trust Careindeed very much. My 95 year old Mother is still getting used to becoming a widow. My Father passed last summer, 2015. They were together 64 years and have been in Menlo Park for at least 80 years. My Mom is proud and determined to stay at home and luckily my Dad made sure we had some resources for that. Careindeed has been so wonderful to my Mom! She has" company" 24/7 and the caregivers have been very attentive and helpful. My sisters and I appreciate the company very much.
