GBThe best fitness retreat ever! The retreat was amazing! The whole process was planned perfectly! The location/villa was beautiful and spacious. Amazing meals were provided which were carefully planned out to ensure we ate healthy, got all the proteins and nutrients we needed for training and also very filling! The classes were good fun with the whole group and suited for everyone as you work to your own ability with the coach there to help you push harder to reach your goals. PT sessions were amazing & the yoga sessions helped you to stretch after all the exercise! You still also had downtime to do what you wanted or activities were organised for fun afternoons out with the team! The retreat really works, I lost 5.5lbs in the first 4 days! The vibes were good and always positive. Honestly had the best time and would really recommend this to anyone. Definitely will be booking again in future!

GBUnreal retreat! What an amazing retreat and amazing week! This was my first time on a retreat and I’m so glad I went, coach CG was able to provide informative and great coaching. The classes were really fun especially the beach HIIT class and the boxercise. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and we were able to do whatever we felt comfortable with without any pressure. The food from chef Flo was 10/10 sensational, 3 meals a day and all so healthy, nutritious and tasty! I loved that everyone had different fitness levels and capabilities, yet coach Connor was able to cater to everyone. I loved the balance between fitness and free time, as after we finished classes we could do whatever we wanted and made it feel more like a holiday! The yoga and stretching classes were so relieving and fun after a hard work out, they were really relaxing to do as we did them first thing in the morning so we all felt fresh for the day ahead. Everything was well organised, from classes to meal time and free time, we all had an itinerary so we knew what training was happening each day and we could all pick whichever activity we wanted to do. The Villa was unreal, so beautiful and scenic, very spacious and clean! I really enjoyed this retreat much more than I thought, I can’t wait for the next one!! 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone! Overall an amazing team and experience, couldn’t thank the team enough and I’ve come home feeling refreshed and fitter than before! Also I loved the little touches, upon arrival as we received personalised training tops, loyalty members cards and healthy snacks around the house for everyone! Thank you CG fitness retreats, I can’t wait for the next one!!

GBHighly recommended! I have just finished the 1 week retreat in Portugal! I loved every second! The way I feel mentally and physically now is just what I needed. Every morning exercising with an amazing group of people, 5* food, great PT sessions, learning yoga & meditation by Glenda who by the way was a great addition to the team! Every day felt so productive and happy. Got lots in but also had a lot of chill time too it was the perfect balance. Genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. It was also a nice reset for me to get back into loving health and fitness as since covid I haven’t exercised or ate a well balanced diet in 2 years. The villa was also beautiful which was a great addition but Connor & Flo was the real experience! Thank you so much, will definitely be doing another one!

GBBest retreat ever The best experience ever, it was my first fitness retreat and I can’t wait to do the next one! The training sessions were challenging but very fun. Each session would vary between weights, cardio or boxing with Connor or yoga classes with Glenda. I met amazing new people who helped push everyone to do their best. The energy was great the whole week, everyone was so welcoming and easy to get on with. The food was beautiful, Flo was the best chef you could have asked for, every meal was so healthy and nutritious. The villa was amazing, it was so clean inside, everywhere was perfect. The villa had privacy and was in a location where you felt safe to walk to the shop or beach etc. I would 100% recommend CG Fitness Retreats to anyone, and I can’t wait to return ☺️ Thanks CG for the best week ❤️

GBAmazing fitness retreat!! The Portugal fitness retreat with CGFR has been truly amazing, each day planned out before our arrival, starting with a group session each day, head PT Connor put us through our paces with a variety of sessions from cardio to weights and boxing. This was followed by a delicious, filling and nutritious breakfast put together by the amazing chef Flo, all meals were cooked and prepared by him, taking into account the activities we had planned for the day to ensure we were getting the right foods to fuel our day. Every single person asked for the recipes at the end of the week to recreate at home and Flo gladly obliged. As well as group activities Connor provided 2 PT sessions for each of us, helping to achieve any goals that we had set not only for the week but to set us on the right path once the retreat was finished. Yoga instructor Glenda was on hand to help stretch out our tired muscles, happy to put on extra sessions when we needed it on top of those already planned in for the week, guiding us through the steps and meditation. Each afternoon there was time for excursions with the group, bringing us all together to get to know each other and experience what Portugal had to offer as a team. We also had free time to enjoy round the pool of the beautiful villa. A massive thank you to Connor, Flo and Glenda for an amazing week, can't wait to see you on the next one!!
