This should be 0 star This should be 0 star, not even one. I paid $99 for the so-called 'Dispatch plan' but I hadn't gotten any confirmation email or text message nor had my emergency contact. Eventually I have received a link to log into the customer portal, but it doesn't have anything beside my current plan, the price I paid for it and the expiration/renewal date. It doesn't provide any means of communication. I can only add another payment method and sign out. I am not sure why it's called a 'portal'. It's only a fancy looking app. There is no way to communicate with anybody. I think it's only one person who pretends to have an office or any means to 'dispatch' anybody even your emergency contacts. It's a sham.

Does Snug work? For me, YES!! I have used Snug free app for many years. I use option to checkin once a day (a.m.). Two weeks I forgot to checkin by my preselected time if 9 a.m., Snug promptly texted a reminder to me followed up by texting my emergency contacts. I feel safer knowing that Snug will contact these people if I don't checkin and at last resort notify police/fire. Snug also provides option to cancel checkin for a period of time. For example, going on vacation or in hospital. I have recommended Snug to many of my friends. It works for me! Susan Perry

Great Idea To be a little macabre, I've been thinking about what if I pass away here at home, and no one calls or looks in on me for days (sometimes they don't). Icky. I've just signed up and I think it will give some peace of mind.

Great app - nice to feel safe at home! I love the Snug app. It allowed me to have several check in times each day and it has notifications to remind me to check in. I appreciate having the peace of mind from knowing that my emergency contacts would be called if I didn't check in. Their customer service is very responsive and super nice folks.
