GBCustomer service is 5 star The custom service is very good. Colin called today and helped me understand how the system works. They are also very good at allowing customers to resend samples AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER if , like me, you send in a sample with not enough blood. GBHassle free solution It was a great experience and totally hassle free of going to the lab, get syringe full of blood drawn. Technician was very helpful and guided through the procedure well. They were also very flexible in rescheduling appointment a few times.

GBGreat Service & Assistance I was very excited about getting a complete blood panel completed. I received the kit however I had some challenges with getting enough blood for the sample. I called SiPhox in a bit of a panic but they put me at ease, assisted me in successfully completing the sample. I was very impressed with not only the service but the kindness of each individual that assisted me.

CABuyer beware. Here are the two issues I've had with SiPhox. 1. Almost complete absence of customer support. I've emailed support multiple times and no one responds. I purchased a test. It was received and signed for by SiPhox staff, but no results and no follow-up for six weeks. 2. I like to biohack that's why I signed up. However, I've had routine bloodwork carried on the same day as I completed the SiPhox. The results are completely at odds. I trust LapCorp more than I'd trust SiPhox... I started off with a very positive experience. After the first few blood tests, I had a coaching call and the doc was excellent. But the rest is pretty sh*te. I really hope someone else figures out this because I'm done with SiPhox.
