GBGreat Service & Assistance I was very excited about getting a complete blood panel completed. I received the kit however I had some challenges with getting enough blood for the sample. I called SiPhox in a bit of a panic but they put me at ease, assisted me in successfully completing the sample. I was very impressed with not only the service but the kindness of each individual that assisted me.

GBAbsolutely disappointed with their… Absolutely disappointed with their customer service. Ordered an unlimited membership after being with the company for years and despite requesting a refund after the recurring charge went though as it is not currently in our budget, they declined a refund and a potential customer again in the future. Sometimes life gets busy and you forget about these things. Should have been understandable in my opinion. I recommend against this company and especially against any recurring subscription. You have to worry about a company when something like this is an issue. There are plenty of send-away lab services and I believe you should look to one of the others for your health care and lab needs. UPDATE: minutes after this review, I received an email citing an error on their part regarding an email alert that should have been sent reminding me of the recurring charge. I was thankful to receive this refund but they did say with the info they had, they made the correct decision previously regarding not issuing a refund. Again, I am happy they decided to return my fees but I would still use caution with any recurring subscriptions.

GBCustomer service is 5 star The custom service is very good. Colin called today and helped me understand how the system works. They are also very good at allowing customers to resend samples AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER if , like me, you send in a sample with not enough blood. This is a stand up company that I see having a solid relationship long term relationship with. Sincerely, Daniel W.

CANot a great experience Not a great experience. It took around 3 weeks to receive my test results after sending them in. It took 8 days from the day my results were received at their lab until they actually processed and returned my test results. Not great given the very high price of this service. I had bloodwork done by my doctor during the time I was waiting for these results. Those were returned in 24 hours. There were large discrepancies between some of the Labcorp results and those from SiphoX.
