CABuyer beware. Here are the two issues I've had with SiPhox. 1. Almost complete absence of customer support. I've emailed support multiple times and no one responds. I purchased a test. It was received and signed for by SiPhox staff, but no results and no follow-up for six weeks. 2. I like to biohack that's why I signed up. However, I've had routine bloodwork carried on the same day as I completed the SiPhox. The results are completely at odds. I trust LapCorp more than I'd trust SiPhox... I started off with a very positive experience. After the first few blood tests, I had a coaching call and the doc was excellent. But the rest is pretty sh*te. I really hope someone else figures out this because I'm done with SiPhox.

GBExcellent Excellent, helpful and valuable product. Very similar results to my blood draw test and more thorough. Appreciate having access to home tests that are not provided by my insurance company or doctor so that I can more effectively take the right steps to take good care of my health. Great customer experience as well.

GBYou're making decisions on out-of-date data. The idea behind SiPhox is great. The numbers I get seem reasonable and consistent with past bloodwork done by other labs. However, unless you live in Southern California, their use of USPS, and their relatively slow processing time means you end up trying to make decisions on out-of-date data. For Instance, I'm on a carnivore diet that is changing my body and my bloodwork somewhat rapidly -- especially given that I'm trying to reduce medications at the same time. I took a blood sample on a Friday. I immediately took it to the local post office. I tracked the sample. It sat in one facility for about 3 days, then went to another facility for a couple of days, then it was delivered to Siphox -- 7 calendar days later. After Siphox received the sample on the following Friday, it was 10 calendar days later before it was processed. I purchased the unlimited subscription so I could do these tests once per month to help me make adjustments. I knew I was probably looking at a bit over a week to get results (but hoping for a week or less), but over half a month to get a result makes Siphox a dubious way to make adjustments to try to improve my bloodwork. I can only view the history.

CAThere is not a single person who… There is not a single person who wouldn't benefit from this blood test kit. It's convenient (no long waits at labs while you're fasting!), it's a great way to measure how your diet and lifestyle affect such important health markers, and it's easy. I highly recommend this tool to follow & understand your own health metrics.

CAEasy, Convenient & Accurate I tried SiPhox Health because of the difficulty accessing labwork services in the remote area I live in. I found the entire process easy, the results came quickly, and best of all, they were very close to the results I received when I went for formal labwork a few months later. Highly recommended!
