GBI just feel like I know Bob and Brad I just feel like I know Bob and Brad. I went though a terrible period with a bulging disk and sciatica. I got through it all because of the You Tube videos that Bob and Brad did. I ordered a massager and it came right on time and it was a great tool . I put it away when I got better and recently went to use it but I was missing the cord. They sent me a new one no questions asked and I really really appreciate that. I love the massager and I also have the exercise cords that I love

GBI reached out to Bob and brad regarding… I reached out to Bob and brad regarding an issue I had with one of their products. They were super responsive. They corrected the issue much faster than i anticipated. I would recommend there products and know that they stand behind there products with strong customer service.
